If I could give your store no stars I definitely would ?.
I came to look at your guys meat cause it normally a good quality. Well after I saw how nasty your cooler's were and the awful smell like someone killed someone and left it to rot. There was nobody in the meat department at 18:30 on a Saturday, plus when I asked for a manager nobody was available.

They barricade every entrance with carts at a seemingly random time past 8:30pm for some reason. The only way to get in is through the manual exit doors. I’m sure there’s some reason for this but it’s a bit odd.

Cub including this local use to be better. Prices up and now more expensive than other stores. This location too it’s not been odd for a while now for items to be out of stock and/or veggies already going bad. Also as others noted going late at night lately often has long lines with one cashier only.

Walked in tonight only to get told to come back in 30 minutes because cashier was by himself and didn't have any help, I saw no one in line...ridiculous.

Have to give a HUGE shout out to whomever picked my online order. My dog turned seven, which is considered geriatric in the dog world, so we decided to feed him a steak for his birthday. I had put a note asking for a steak that was less fatty, as it was for him for his birthday and not only did they deliver, they left him a birthday message. This was above and beyond my expectations and I cannot explain the smile it put on my face. Bravo to your employees.

10:30 Tuesday night, all automatic checkouts are closed, 20 people in line to check out and only ONE register open. Very poor.

Joan from the Deli, was so kind, so professional and has the best customer service I have ever received from all the Cub grocery stores I have gone to.

Had the same thing happen as a review below. Employees inside the store with lights on and just talking to each other at the cash register with the lane open light on and act like they don't see people trying to get into the store. It was only at 11:30 pm. Both sides of doors were locked, and everyone outside was confused about why they closed already.

This dude Adrian 11/10 employee he works the night time. Always very nice. Saw us struggling and gave us a basket. This man definitely deserves a promotion. Very happy with my experience at this cub.

I visited this store last night at 1:00am because I needed some medication for my son. Lights were on and an employee stood there looking at us while we tried to open the locked doors. Not cool.

Went to get a 16pc fried chicken meal with sides. The customer service and cleanliness was phenomenal. The food was fresh and amazing, a little pricey but worth it!
