The staff is very responsive and helpful, the purchase process was smooth and I love the vehicle I purchased! Had a few questions after the fact and they were still responsive! They don't move one once you purchase, they are still there!

I don’t know where to start, Eli made my experience so smooth and easy, if it wasn’t for him working extremely hard on giving me different options of financing and really looking deep into everything he was doing, I wouldn’t have got the car. I had an awesome experience purchasing my car yesterday. Sam reached out to me personally and consistently kept me updated on my order. He made the purchasing process simple, was very thorough, and even took the time to play around with loan options to get me the best interest rate. A month later the motor on the car I purchased blew. I reached out to Sam and he immediately got me connected with Miguel from the service department. They got me taken care of right away, and also gave me a loaner to drive while I waited on the technicians. Miguel kept me updated throughout the entire process. I'm glad to have done business here twice and will be returning in the future. 10/10 customer service from Miguel and Sam!!!!

This was my first experience with Carmax. And I must say it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Either new or used. The facility itself was beautiful. There was plenty of parking for customers. It was immaculate. You could’ve eaten off the floor. Every employee, whether a sales person or a mechanic they all looked professional spotless , and the most friendly people I have ever dealt with in the car industry. Each one of them greeted me with a smile and a hello as they passed me, they were all very welcoming.
Well, I did not make a purchase during that visit. I am currently in the process, of waiting for a vehicle to arrive. I look forward to that day. I highly recommend Carmax to anyone interested in a used car.

Wasted an hour of my time driving there and waiting around without being helped. Went to Morrie’s Subaru and Luther Toyota five minutes away and test drove the cars I’ve been considering without any delay. I’ll buy a car from one of them this week.

Was desperate for a car last night and happened to make it in 30 minutes before they closed. We worked with Khue and he was absolutely amazing. Got me numbers, approved and out the door in 30 minutes! Overall good experience and would definitely return in the future. LOVE that they provide you with an inspection report, have a 10-day money back guarantee and offered a warranty on the vehicle.
