I personally was not here, but had a close friend go here. They had set an appointment ahead of time to get new tires on her car. She showed up and here are the things that happened: 1. Her appointment was at 9:30am. They didn't have the tires at the establishment. After they said they would have it. 2. After over 3 hours of waiting, she checked in to see how things were coming only to find out that they needed to reorder the tires and go to another dealer down the street to pick them up. 3. They said that it would take ANOTHER 40 minutes from that point to complete it. 4. After paying and leaving the dealer without them saying anything about different tires, she saw that they had not put on the correct tires. 5. Upon further research on the tires that were put on without approval, it turns out that they were cheaper tires, worth at least $30 dollars less per tire. Yet, the cost of the tires was not accurate to what the tires were worth, and they charged the rate for what was supposed to be on the car (more expensive and better quality tires). 6. Even after reaching out, they have not been forthcoming to offer a refund or the correct tires.

Recently bought a car there. Salesman lied and said I had navigation on it. It doesn't - it's apple play. Service department initially broke a part on my previous car during this trade and then told me I had to pay $106 dollars for the part ! Part didn't arrive for a week so I needed a rental car. They gave me one. They then wanted to charge me for the rental car. I wouldn't have needed a rental car if they didn't break the part to begin with. Very disgusted.

Disgusted with the service department! 7 visits & 1000 miles to get the driver’s window fixed on my new car and still no success. Actually, it’s even more broken now!! ?

I had an ok experience up until the end. And I wouldn’t be complaining if I felt I was being fairly compensated. I’ll start off by saying Andrea and Nathan were great, I would do business with them again. So this is my first new car. After we are all done with the deal and they are bringing the car out to by mine so we can switch car seats I watch as they crash into a pole scraping the side of my brand new car I just spent a huge amount of money on. I am not a rich man. I saved for this for a long time. I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say. Now instead of sending friendly Andrea to talk to me, they send stoic face Humberto to talk to me. He starts talking to my wife while I’m on the phone, not waiting for me despite the fact it’s my car. Whatever no big deal. Humberto is not a outright rude person, but does not come off as friendly like a sales person normally would. Immediately I get the impression that he is frustrated, I get that. I was too. But at that point, it’s not my problem; I am the customer. The customers who’s first new car experience just got ruined. He explains that I can either take a white one that is the same or take a rental for a week. I took them I don’t think 500 is fair. He then showed me a more expensive car And offered a better discount on that. So I get what I want if I spend more after you wreck my car? But I don’t have an additional 4000 dollars so too bad I guess. So I take the rental, assuming that my car will be delivered on a truck since I was asked about my street being able to have a sixteen wheeler. Come to find out today that my truck is being drove to me. I’m in finals week as is my wife and the dealership is almost 2 hrs away. I don’t have the time. I won’t be even be the first person to drive my “brand new” car as it’s being called. It sure doesn’t feel new. I contacted Volkswagen and apparently they think this is good enough. If it is good enough than why does everyone I tell about this tell me I’m getting screwed. I never even received a call or anything from leadership at this dealership to alleviate my angers. Like I said, Andrea and Nathan, you guys are great. I really wanted to give you a positive review. You guys worked hard for a good sale and then your business you represent screwed that up. I’m sorry.

Ask me this question a few years ago or more and I would have absolutely said yes..after leasing a car with them and then trying to turn that car in early…Absolutely will NOT recommend them! Flat out dishonest business practice…good people, bad business! I love VW, have driven them as long as I’ve been driving! Would not ever buy a car from here again! Question is still out with the Service Dept…have always had good results with them and have given them A LOT of my money and sent a lot of VW owners to them! Hopefully this last visit was just a hiccup!

First off I tried to buy a new atlas here but their price for an se tech was way higher than the price I paid for a sel. My trade in they offered 10000 and went to 10500. I took my trade in to carmax and they gave me 12700 with no dickering at all. Second I took my car in for an oil change with an appointment. It took well over two hours even though they got it in right away and it just sat on the hoist. But the worst thing is they told me my tires and alignment were bad to t

First I tried to buy an atlas here and they offered me 10000 for my Jetta and then they went up to 10500 afterwards. I took it to carmax and they gave me 12700 outright. Carmax obviously thinks vws are worth more than Volkswagen does. Then I ended up paying a lot less for a sel then Luther wanted for a se tech. Anyway I got my new atlas and I took it into Luther for a oil change that I scheduled. They drove my vehicle over their special machine and it said I needed a 400 dollar alignment. I said that would be warranty right? The vehicle had 5000 miles on it. They said it would not be covered under warranty because it's routine maintenance. The oil change took over two hours it just sat on the hoist. Nobody touched it. Then after a couple days they emailed me and said my tires were bad and I needed to buy new tires instantly. My braking and handling would be affected. It was unsafe to drive. Maurice the service manager texted me even though I had opted out of texts and said before I fill out my vw survey if I had any issues to call him on this certain number. I called and it went to voicemail. I left him a detailed message with my name and number and I never got a call back. Then I sent two emails and I got nothing. So I talked to vw and they said Maurice said that the thing I drove over wasn't really accurate and I could pay for a diagnosis on my alignment. Maybe it would be covered under warranty and maybe not. So the tool you drive over when you come in is just a scam. And my tires are really good no problem with my tires. What a ripoff place. Volkswagen corporate agrees with the crooked dealership. So do yourself a favor and stay away from Luther and Volkswagen.

Honor customers in the middle of a purchase. The first prospective buyer's financing fell through. We were allowed to apply and after approval and they were gassing up "our" vehicle, the sales manager told us the first prospective buyers parent showed up with cash so "sorry ". Most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced.

The finance person asked to hold a check for $18k while waiting for the check to arrive from the bank. They then cashed both checks, over charging me by 18 thousand dollars, and asked me to run around town doing their leg work to get a refund. After multiple visits back to the dealer I was given a refund, which the general manager acted like he was doing me a big favor handing me back a check for the amount they had overcharged me for and not offering me a single thing to compensate for the fact I had to come into the dealership 4 times and had to take time off work.

Still a favorite and the only one I visit for my Volkswagen needs. In fact this dealership is so wonderful that it has convinced me to be a Volkswagen owner for life! As I mentioned before I bought my most recent Volkswagen here, which runs like a charm. They got me a really great loan for my purchase which I already got paid off after 4 years! Can't wait to purchase my next Volkswagen again here! I've attached photos from my visit today. I got a free oil change today (you get a free one after 6 visits!) . And the wait is so pleasant. The waiting area even though we are in Pandemic times, the lobby is still has well thought out goodies, single pack snacked and a single drink coffee maker, and a fridge of bottled water. Free wi-fi, chairs with attached tables, and TV to enjoy during your wait. Oh, and a work room if you need privacy while you work. How awesome is that?
