Do not do business at this store. If you make payments in advance and your family member pass away, they will lie to you and say that their policy states that they can not refund your money. Stay away from this store and the store on7631 Broadway aveBrooklyn Park, mn6 months was paid, two months of the service was used before a family member passed away. They refuse to refund the other 4 months that were not used.

UPDATERecent issues are reoccurring!I'll be switching providers and phones. I have been a Boost Mobile customer for about 12 years now and for the most part I've been a satisfied one. Ive been a Samsung customer for a little over half of that time with nothing to complain about. In fact I've loved the samsungs over the apple phones for years. This week's experience(s), however, have permanently changed my feelings toward both companies. Two days ago from today (24 August 2020) my Android galaxy s8 was intermittently disconnecting and reconnecting to cell towers. Ive had similar issues in the past but they typically resolve themselves although a few calls to customer service have been necessary. Still, 12 years and a handful of calls is a pretty decent record. The issue resolved itself within a few hours and I didn't think anything of it again until the following morning at which point I could not connect to the internet, make or recieve phone calls, or send or recieve text messages. So I had to call customer support at Boost Mobile. I was unable to use another phone right away to speak with the rep so I told her I would have to call back later in order to use the other phone to which she replied they could call me back in 15 minutes so I was happy to agree to a callback. Once multiple hours went by I called them back instead and finally after a walkthrough reset involving a keypad code it seemed to fix the issues I was having. Then came this morning. Today I woke up and my phone couldn't send or recieve group messages or pictures. So, calling once more the representative from Boost Mobile had me go through the reset again. Then changed my roaming settings, data settings, and reset and configured my network. Once they had me reset the network nothing would work. I could no longer do anything at all just like the other day. The rep finally gave up or something because he transferred me to Samsung at this point and I never received any help or feedback options from Boost after that. The Samsung rep seemed at a loss as well. She was just sort of repeating herself and then said we were going to try something then she went silent, albeit still on the line... until she wasn't. The call just ended out of nowhere. I gave my girlfriend her phone back and, pissed off and frustrated still, I started messing around with my settings again on my own. I reset the network settings again and still no luck. So I googled the keypad code to get the factory configuration/ reset up again (##72786). After doing this again, for a total of 3 times, my phone has been fully restored to its original mediocre glory. No thanks to Boost Mobile OR Samsung I realized a second configuration was needed after resetting the phone's network. Needless to say after this embarrassing show of incompetence and ignorance I will be shopping elsewhere for a provider and if you're thinking of switching to Boost Mobile I highly advise you think long and hard about your willingness to trade what you could have elsewhere for this awful display of customer service. Overall I'm just deeply disappointed. And absolutely disgraceful
