Auto zone had the cutest rhinestone pepper spray, and all the time I'm thinking parts.
Employee was so very helpful as she knew what I was talking about. They had sold out but she called another store thay had 1 so she asked them to hold it for me. Good Customer Sevice all day long

Multiple employees standing around doing nothing. Waiting over 20 minutes to have one of the standing employees look at me and walk in the back. Poor service, go to another auto zone.

They usually get it right, but not this time. Sold me the wrong brakes, and I had to go back to have the issue corrected. I don't like being inconvenienced.

Today I went to AutoZone in Brooklyn Park a very nice gentleman name. Doug help me with my windshield blade. I really appreciate it. Thank you AutoZone Brooklyn Park. You guys are the best.

Went in today to get some windshield wipers, and the service was great mr. Doug the manager came out and change my windshield wipers. He was very nice about it.

My main store. Niether item it said was on hand was wrong. 4th store i had been to with same problem. He called another store. They had it and he had them physically pull item and i paid at this location.

Store Manager was very helpful. They didn’t have my type of battery, but he was able to direct me in the right direction. And he offered to install my battery if though I didn’t purchase it at that location. 5-star customer service!!!!
