“Lived here twice. September 2019 to May 2021, and again May 2022 to present. Clearly, I love this spot. The big windows can get cold and icy on the frame in the winter, but that's not a big enough complaint to knock it down at all. Love the greenway and the neighborhood. The location can't be beat.”

“I’ve had a pleasant experience at the Station on Washington. Aside from a couple of very minor issues (such as a couple of internet outages early in the leasing term and a time when maintenance came to fix something but didn’t) I’ve had just about no complaints in the few months I’ve been here so far. The building is rather nice (including the apartments themselves, with only a few scratches, minor damages like a light out of place, or such when I moved in) and the people who work in the office are all very nice. I’ve had several good conversations with the front desk people and they are always helpful. It’s a great apartment for my current situation.”
“Ashley, Korrina & Anahi are absolutely spectacular leasing agents however, they are even better human beings. Couldn’t be more grateful for how genuinely kind, flexible, and helpful they have all been during my moving process and also how welcoming they have been to me and my new pup. It is so clear to see how much hard work these three are consistently putting in to create and maintain such a spectacular environment as well as all other work put in by “unseen” on site staff (maintenance team) who remain dedicated to keeping Ironwood a beautiful place to call home ! The leasing agent Valarie she did an awesome job touring my aunt a week ago, and showing her around the property. Iris and Fasia have been very helpful at the concierge desk in the evenings with helping me retrieve my packages, and keeping the building secure and safe! I love and enjoy being a resident here. The wine down Wednesday is such a perk along with the grab and go breakfast! The team work so hard to put this together in the morning. Big shoutout to Lisa for being so kind in the morning! HQ is a wonderful community to love at because the team make it worth wild!”

“Maintenance at Central Park West does a great job. They come in fast, do it right the first time, clean up after themselves and leave a note that it was done. Perfect.The manager, Zach is also great. Friendly, efficient, solves issues promptly. A friend also recently gave the new leasing staff high marks, appreciating her polite demeanor and professional appearance.Inside, you have high ceilings, huge windows, great units. The pool is one of the nicest in the area, with hotel style outdoor cabanas. Superior fitness facilities and the beautiful top floor deck of the lounge complete the picture. It’s like a glam hotel meets a lovely apartment community.I’ve been so spoiled by this place, even nice hotels don’t compare.”

“Having lived in other apartments in Loring Park, this is the best I've found! The building is clearly stunning and historic from the outside and I absolutely love my unit. It is spacious, loft style, high ceilings and is more unique than the majority of apartments I had toured. Feels much more like a "home" than a cheap apartment unit. The building is surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus. I've never had noise issues with neighbors or otherwise, which is especially surprising with my unit being right off the main lobby. Management has always been friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. There is a small, but beautiful rooftop area and the location in Loring Park is central to literally everything. I truly love living here!”
“The views and the apartments themselves are super nice! When moving in some things could have been cleaned better (considered two hours of my time were spent cleaning that day), but other than that I haven't had any issues with the apartment. Maintenance is super timely and helpful. The management overall is helpful and kind. I wish there were more events put on, but I'm hoping with the new year those will begin. The gym has machines broken pretty frequently, which is a bummer. But the amenities are pretty well kept otherwise. The views of the city are definitely a selling point.”
“Signed a lease around March to move in September of the same year. Lindsey was the leasing agent that I worked closely with. Had an amazing tour and the apartment had everything that a graduate student at the U needed. There was good security, in door parking, and a good quality studio for the price! Much cheaper than some of the other apartment near by on campus. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice modern apartment without it being 1500+ for a studio. Very spacious for the price, a great gas stove kitchen, in unit washer dryer, and great cabinets! This goes for both Solhaus Tower and Solhaus Apartment studios that I was able to tour.
Unfortunately my living needs changed and I ended up needing a house for my partner and I. I initiated a subletting process and Lindsey was extremely helpful the whole time. Constantly answered my many phone calls and was very timely and helpful. They even gave me a good faith discount and waved all my admin and application fees because I was responsible with the subletting process, which I thought was super nice because they were not obligated to do that.
I know they run a business but they try to run a good one and will do everything they can to make it easy for you. Very good management.”
