Went in to get a bunch of rolled coins. I asked for a plastic bag like they give at other branches but was told they don't do that here. Somewhat rude about it too.

This place is least of my favorite, the Indian cashier lady is rude and yells at customers. I had couple things to do however, I ended up asking one question and left. I made appointment at a different branch.

Even with an appointment expect to wait an hour here before getting help, even if they have people not doing anything they will just watch you wait. I had an appoint and had to take off work. Got here and they assisted people who came after me. Terrible customer serive. Would not recommend.

All around something does need to be done about the lack of tellers (what is going on? Is it like this at all banks right now?) and the insane long lines. Show that you respect that a customer’s time is worth something too! The chaps who walk around the ghost town sea of empty desks with no bankers are more of an annoyance than helpful as 1/10 they will not be able to help a customer in line at all with their random iPads. It would be much more appreciated if they’d let down their pride and go hop on a teller ‘register’; open up a window and start truly helping some people, get the line moving! That would be awesome! Way more helpful than floating about telling people how no there are no bankers, even though this is a bank, make an appointment for that bla bla. Thank you in advance for responding to my review but I don’t wish to email anyone-this is quite all I wanted to say.

The cashier Dee is horrible I always go to that bank to deposit my tips and they have never asked me to make an account first and Dee I think she does not have enough capacity to serve the customer the other cashiers are very sweet but Dee is horrible ?

Friday December 9th 2022. Stood in line for 40 mins. Only ONE Teller. What type of management runs with only one teller in the morning.Definitely the reason why I never come here after numerous inconveniences like this. I'll make the extra trip to Brooklyn Park Location.

Other Wells Fargo branches are better run. Recommend going to another branch for better service. They are nice but not solutions oriented here.

I came in to get a notary done, waited 10 min in line. When I finally got to the teller I was told it would be a minute the two bankers that’s here are on break. It a head count of 15 people in line and 5 waiting to be seen by a banker. Brooklyn center location. And the teller had an attitude like she don’t like her job.

The employees are very helpful and professional. Sometimes there can be a line to get a teller but only one time I walked out because it was just too long. I have been to this one several times for deposits, notary, withdrawls and I opened my account years ago at this one and the lady that helped me helped me set up accounts and build my credit because I was a ghost lol. She no longer is there, she was offered another job atva different branch, which bummed me out because she was amazing but I believe Jasmine I think her name is, the teller, who currently works there is the greatest I just love her!!!

Worst Experience ever, I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 20+ yrs and Its as if the bankers do not wish to help. they want to get paid to stand around and not do anything. I walked in with a client to get him a new account and was told to come back after I got an appointment. they were standing around talking!! how bad is that. I think this branch should be CLOSED and All the staff FIRED!!!
