Employees are RUDE! embarrassing other people for using ebt and making comments outloud
This cashier really talked to the client about going to her bank if she can’t use her card at the atm, making rude comments to her including rasing her voice.
Last time shopping here!

Pharmacy was awful. I called and they said they had my prescription but when I got to the counter she couldn't find it. I had to wait for 30 minutes.

we went into the store to buy things for door dash and the worker was swearing at us and would not opened locked items that we needed to buy, she then proceeded to discriminate my father for being Mexican, worst customer service I have ever had.

Janelle Karl is on that list of terrible managers . I do hope to see her with my family one day outside of Walgreens . That store is dirty , empty and the service was terrible . I was asking for help , I offered to pay or make an additional purchase and was met with attitude that wasn't given . She's a very weird , unpleasant woman .

The worst pharmacy I have ever tried to use. Do not have any prescription sent here. They refused to make a phone call to my discharge pharmacy at the hospital. I am done with Walgreens. Rude employees also.

This is the absolutely worst Walgreens store around, no competition! I've placed numerous store pick-up order here, and ALL of them, yes, all 20+ orders have all been cancelled because the staff cannot be bothered.I usually use the 85th St BP or Champlin stores, they have 100% fulfillment ratio, vs this loser, poorly managed store that has 0% fulfillment so far.Pathetic. Management should fire the incompetent managers and staff. Will be reporting to the Walgreens upper management so that we can have a decently operating store in this neighborhood.

1st have been calling for 2 days now. Went twice and STILL my 1 year old son's RX is still not ready! How? This is beyond anything I can tolerate! This location needs to be closed. Oh and they close at 9 NOT 10. Damn shame! Shut it down!

This store is always unorganized and slow. I just don't complain because I usually stroll around waiting for a prescription anyways and spend unnecessarily. Today tho, I just called in and a JANELLE started yelling about how she's too busy cause she just got robbed and didn't have time for me. I didn't even get to ask anything. I would have preferred she not answered the phone at all, instead of putting her drama on me. I'm not yelling at her about my cancer. I wasn't even about to ask about entry. Soooo... Whomever robbed Janelle's JOB, I hope you made her tinkle herself. I'll happily not return to this store ever again. Good luck to those who do. They suck, but they're usually quiet and uneventful.

This is the absolute WORST Walgreens Ive ever been to. The store is filthy, nothings ever stocked , empty pkgs from theft all over , theres literally like 2 employees and the pharmacy is trash! If you call in a rx, they wont finish filling until you call and complain. Trust, go elsewhere!!!

I never leave bad reviews but this is by far the worst pharmacy you could go to just save yourself the headache and don’t go here
