“I appreciate Morganna, for getting me in the car I was interested in. took it off the market for me when I promised to come back with the down payment. And did! Someone ran into my car 3 weeks later and the adjuster said it was totaled out due to the suspension got tore up and the front bumper and fender I have to pay 17,000 for a car that's not worth 7000 on kbb and my insurance is trying to pay them 2000 but whoever is processing the paperwork hasn't reached out Morganna said I could keep the car even after they total it out due to im having to continue payments on it even though it's total out I have to pay 3500 just for suspension 6 pieces that need to be replaced and another 3000 for a front bumper and fender and the dents that was on it when I bought it! the place that is fixing it said I should have brought it in before the time ended on to bring it back to carhop because its not worth what I'm paying on it but I love 300s i'm just frustrated with the person that is supposed to fill out a document so they can pay them the 2000 and move on ill buy from car hop any time its just a waiting game I guess. sorry carhop for being frustrated”

“Overall the experience is good. One thing that has happened the last 2 visits is the service department has said they will wash my car and it hasn’t happened. It’s like leaving the icing on the cake off. You offered but don’t follow through. I bought this vehicle in December for greater than $35,000 and it would be nice to get the icing on the cake or don’t offer/mention it.”
