Very efficient. Outside employee was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!Update 2/9/24Not sure if there's new management but this place seems to be dirty and unsafe now. Trash littered everywhere in the parking lot. Also, they now charge like $5 for vacuums if you don't wash your car.

Yep. My car got cleaned. I didn't notice that vacuum services come with the purchase of a car wash until I was leaving but I'll be back for sure.

High quality. Good hours and even the basic wash cleans better than every car wash I've tried for miles.The vacuums could pull the '#&£* off a ~*[% halfway across the roomSolid.

This is a very bad car wash I have even been, their machine doesn't clean my car well and when I complain they said there not nothing they can so, secondly their negligent damage car, dey refused to take responsibility . I can never and I will advise anyone not to patronize them.

I was one of the first customers that enrolled, then issue after issue started… broken down parts so car wash down, high employee turnover( including mgr) thinking *you* are doing them a favor by being a client!My solution: switched car wash companies….absolutely no issues!Zero Google Stars, and that’s being charitable.1star so I can post!

This is a great car wash! I’ve looked for one like the kind we have in Louisville. It’s great to have free vacuums after you clean your car. I’ve tried other car washing facilities in Minnesota and they just didn’t work. The price was high and service not so good!I went through POP’s the first time and the back of my car still had a little dirt on it. The young ladies working were understanding and let me go back around and tried to clean it before I went back in.I appreciate all their help and friendly customer service! Once the weather breaks I will get a monthly pass for the Summer! ?

The new triple foam that they added. WOW!!!. Talk with their workers, and they told me that they are always upgrading and installing new stuff. They do what it takes to keep you happy. Watch them load dually trucks. Yes, I said dually trucks. In one try and they came out clean.I keep going back to see the upgrades, and they really do value customers' input.

*Update to review. I reached out to the general manager and they took care of the charges for the months that I did not use the car wash. I received a full refund and will give them another shot. They were easy to work with!Original review:They were offering a special for one month at a discounted rate. I gave them my credit card and knew that the expiration date was 30 days for that time. 6 months later I look at my bank statement and they've been charging me the regular rate for the past 6 months and I have not been using their service. I never received a confirmation email or any kind of communication with them. I feel like they definitely scam people and you should be on the lookout when you give them your credit card information. I highly doubt I will ever use this car wash again which is a shame because it actually is very nice but I can't look past the scam.

I believe it was on July 14th, 2023 - I was stuck in the middle of a wash that shut down for a few minutes, and circled back around for a redo wash. Apparently, while being stuck, the brushes flipped up my rear windshield wiper so it was sticking straight out. I was unaware of this as I came up for a redo wash. As I approached, there were two employees standing there, one of whom apologized profusely about my having been stuck in the wash. Neither employee flipped down my wiper (I've been told afterwards by mgmt that they're not allowed to touch the cars). However, neither of them bothered to stop me and tell me it was sticking out... or back me out so that I could fix it before entering the car wash. When I went thru for the redo wash, the brushes snapped off my rear windshield wiper arm.I reported this to management. They found the wiper arm in the tunnel. I filled out the form requesting my wiper arm to be replaced/repaired. Another staff member took pictures of the back of my vehicle (2015 Subaru Forester). No one ever got back to me. After a couple of weeks without anyone contacting me, I stopped back in and spoke with mgmt again. At first he tried to tell me it was not their fault. We went thru the video tapes, and he had been unaware that I went thru twice. He reviewed both washes, and confirmed that there was no way I could have known, and that they were liable. He said he would get back to me within the week. Today is September 6th, and no one has contacted me.

Simple pay at machine, quick, and easy as the conveyor belt pulls the vehicle through. I appreciated the free vacuuming and little to no wait lines.
