Went to charge my battery, drop it off at 11am, came back at 8pm. Wasn’t even charge. I said is ok and I will pick it up in the morning. Pick it up and yet is not even charge up. Keep in mind, this is a fairly new battery, just bought it before winter and never use the car since.

Awesome counter people that are overworked and underpaid. Good people, always gets me what I need. A lot of the customers that comes in aren't so great.

Employees are always polite and professional. Some of their clientele can lack manners which can sour your experience. #retailsucks Shelves are nice and clean for an auto parts store. I trust these people under the leadership of the manager/supervisor that's been there for the last 10 years or so. They're my go to Auto parts store.

I went in for a battery test and possible warranty replacement because my car was having issues starting, and they said they didn't have time for that because they were busy. There were only two other customers in the store and two employees up front, I'm not sure how that counts as busy.

They were closed and getting things done. The team work Chas and the other 2 guys had was amazing together they did outside garbage and that was awesome.

I need it wiper blades, Izea came and helped me to put them on my car, he was amazing and so nice to help, we need more guys like this in some stores. Thank you for your help I will always come to this store because everyone is always so helpful.
