I recently bought a vehicle here (2022 Honda CRV) and it marked the first time in a long time I have made a purchase at a dealership. The experience was great, starting with Steven Fischer who was my initial contact. I live in another city 90 miles away and was a bit nervous about dealing with a sales rep in a much bigger city but Steven and his staff were very polite and professional and we wrapped up the purchase without any problems. We also met with Nathan Magnoski (their business manager) and ended up purchasing an extended warranty. He was also very polite and explained everything to our satisfaction. I came away from this overall experience feeling very satisfied and comfortable with the entire purchase process. I later learned the Luther name is very well respected in the Twin Cities metro and highly recommend their various outlets if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. Their stores are well-staffed, clean and inviting, which can be a blessing for a buyer like me!
