I contacted many dealers months/weeks in advance about the new '25 Civic Hybrids as I was on a timeline to get rid of my previous vehicle and Terry was on top of keeping in contact with me with updates and called me as soon as the car hit the lot so I could come check it out. Terry came in on his day off and helped me get into a new '25 Civic Hybrid, the car has been amazing and I've loved driving it every chance I get, couldn't recommend Terry enough to anyone looking for a car, he did an amazing job overall and I had a great experience from beginning to end.

This was our third different Luther Honda dealership that we've visited in the last two weeks. As they say, the third time is the charm. Justin, on the sales side, was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable and Kevin, on the financing side, was friendly and helpful. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 CR-V!

Matthew was incredibly helpful and made the entire process stress-free.
From the moment I stepped onto the place with my dad, I was greeted warmly by the sales team. They were all very friendly and approachable, and I immediately felt at ease. What impressed me the most was the patience and understanding. My dad was there to help me test-drive since I don't know much about car and also have some anxiety driving with strangers, but Matthew did not question this at all and was really understanding.
They were upfront about the pricing and financing options, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I never felt pressured. The entire team understood that I was paying in full and did their best to rush everything so that I could make it to the bank in time before it closed.
Matthew also made sure to explain all of the features and functions of the car, and even offer to help me set up my Bluetooth and walk me through the technology even though it was reaching the dealership closing hours. It was evident that he genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience buying a car from this dealership. Matthew's professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. Thank you for a great experience!
