I had the most uncomfortable experience here with one of the salesmen. After letting him know I was not interested he continued to text me and when I didn’t respond he texted me some pretty weird and uncomfortable responses. He said “I thought we had a great time” and “I thought I was straightforward on the process” and all I said was I wasn’t interested in the car nothing about the process. It got weird very fast and I had to ask him twice to stop texting me.

I had a great experience working with Alan. Brought my truck in for routine maintenance and it was discovered I had a leak. Alan got my truck in right away for service and arranged a car for me to drive while it was in the shop. Would definitely work with him again. Thanks Alan!

Bought a used car in February from Luther. I knew I was due for an oil change and I just so happened to receive an email from Luther offering a first free oil change. Took it in and they checked me in, and offered a free car wash as well. They informed me it needed new air filters so that was fine, but I ended up paying for not only the filters but the oil change as well, and the car wash didn't even get the car clean. Obviously the maintenance is important, and I will pay for services provided, but sending me an email offering complimentary service to get me in the door, and then charging me $75 for it is not appreciated. The service and support was great and everyone was friendly and helpful, but y'all can find better ways to bring in business.

I bought my truck here and they told me when they got it in that it had a leaking AC unit. No problems they fixed it up nice. While I was buying it I raised concerns for a radiator fluid leaking from a hose clamp they dismissed it as a tech being sloppy filling it. Year goes by and my Transmission goes out so I have it towed there for diagnosis, they quoted me just shy of 10,000 for it. They said they had to replace everything because of metal in the cooler lines which connect to the radiator. They tell me the radiator is leaking and it needs to be replaced to. One of the concerns I raised when I bought the thing. Now I understand it's been a year and things degrade and such but when I had the transmission replaced (not at Luther Brookdale Chevy) BTW i ended up getting a full transmission done for less than half of what they quoted me. I had a honest tech go through all the components and told me the radiator wasn't leaking. The people there are pleasant to deal with but don't mistake the fact that because of my experience of service and work done here I will never come here again.

I have learned to trust Casie Tulenchik completely because he is honest, thorough, professional, and stays on top of everything. He seems to always be the busiest person in the shop for good reason. He is able to juggle many things at once while being personable and knowledgeable. I feel somewhat guilty asking for him because he is so busy but he is THE BEST and worthy of trust and loyalty.

Worst dealership experience, and would not recommend! Dodged a Bullet here! I would not recommend this dealership to purchase or finance a vehicle with due to poor customer service and lack of transparency with vehicle purchased, financing and closing deals. I have purchased several vehicles over the last 20+ years and never have I extended myself so far in a deal, only to see the customer service decline so quickly and upon my arrival to inspect and view the vehicle immediate retraction of a 7 day signed deal. I will have to rectify all measures taken towards purchasing this vehicle in good faith on my part, including a hard credit inquiry & potentially a null/void loan hitting my credit report. I am leaving Minnesota today on a flight back to Atlanta and will never deal with this dealership again. The parting words Cory had for me, a customer acting in good faith was, "I just didn't do my part." - Loan Signed day received. Overnighted back to dealer. - Down Payment above min. req.'d & sent via dealer only approved method (wire transfer) + offered multiple other methods upon arrival. - Flew in to Dealer within days of signing to obtain keys/Final Handoff As a customer - what part did I not do or miss? Upon confirmation of my travel, I find out the vehicle had additional damage to the windshield (not disclosed before the sale) leading me to wonder else may be wrong and that my trip was well-intended. Based on other reviews I feel this deal gone wrong is a blessing in disguise. I dodged a bullet.

As an automobile dealer, I have been using this parts department for over 20 years now. Jerry, and the crew there have a vast parts knowledge, and always go over and above in trying to help, rather than turning you away because of inconvenience. I highly recommend this spot for ALL of your GM part needs....... Highly recommend!!!!!!!

They replaced a rear sliding window for for on my 2018 truck and they left a piece that clipped onto the window loose and it made a sound, I didn't think much of it until the window shattered and I looked and saw the a clip for the window was left loose and keep rubbing against my window and weakened it until it shattered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHEVOLET DEALERSHIPS FOR SERVICES THEY ARE LAZY, UNORGANIZED AND GREAT TO CHARGE YOU FOR A LOW QUALITY SERVICE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE RHAT YOU LOVE

Eldon, Terri, and Lance made this buying experience amazing!!! I traveled 2.5 hours away and all were extremely friendly and prompt. All three offered a no pressure approach that was top notch. I would recommend anyone to the Luther family to purchase a new or used vehicle!!!

Absolutely fantastic buying experience! Dani was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to help us through the process! We had bad experiences at other dealerships and this was by far the best! Would highly recommend Luther and Dani to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

I received a notice on "My Chevrolet" app that there was something going on in my battery during "conditioning the battery" so I made an appointment to have it looked at and replace my wiper blades as well. The person I dealt with said that you can only do the recall. having had a bad experience with the 1st recall, costing me a $245 towing bill from Jamestown, ND to Fargo, I insisted that you do nothing but replace the wiper blades. I was planning a road trip this month and needed the range to complete it. When I picked the car up I found that you had done the recall, reducing my range to that of a Nissan Leaf. I traded my Leaf in for the Bolt because I need the extra range. Now I have another Leaf with a Bow Tie on the hood. I promise you that this is the last GM product that I will ever buy. Your heavy hand once publicized by your mandatory return of your first EV models in the 1990s and the heavy hand exhibited in 2022 is burned in my mind. My next purchase will be a car with AI and will have Tesla on the hood

Good service. The service consultant was very helpful with explaining what needed to be done for the maintenance service and made sure to let me know of any additional repairs that were recommended, including the price, and confirmed with me before going through with the work. Very friendly and calm environment.

I bought a 2021 Suburban from them. The sale went ok, it did take over 2 hours for the paperwork, ugh. Things got bad at service. I bought an oil change package as I have for my other vehicles at OTHER dealers. Normally I pull up ask for an oil change and hand them the keys. About 30 minutes later they come out with the ZERO balance invoice for me to sign and I walk out to a washed vehicle parked near the door. Not this place. You must make an appointment to see the Wizard even for a simple oil change? So I call 2 days ahead and beg for an audience with the oil change gods 2 days later at 10:00 am. Thus begins the endless string of email and text reminders for my 10:00 am appointment. These reminders continue during my hour long drive to the dealer. I arrive at 9:45 am. 15 minutes early. Who knows maybe they are running ahead and I hate being late. I pull in and I will say it was busy, but they had a small army of employees or Hollywood extras, I was not sure, as most of them seemed to not be doing much other than laughing with each other. What a happy place, if you are an employee. I wait in my Suburban for a few minutes, no one approaches me, ummm? I then exit my Suburban, still not approached. I look in the rear view mirror and can see myself so I know I am not invisible. I am finely spotted and approached. The gentleman is very nice and asked what I am here for. I explain I have a 10:00 am appointment for an oil change. I am immediately told that they are behind and it will take 1.5 hours t get it done. Thank god I made that time saving appointment 2 days earlier. He starts to furiously type away on his computer. Then the hard sell starts. I realize you just paid almost $$$$$ for this Suburban, but GM recommends that we lube all the hinges and the spare tire lock for $150.00 Then a tire rotation, I finely stopped him there and said just the oil change and tire rotation. If find it curious that your are down an hour and a half yet you are willing to push others back by selling me extra work? Profits before people? I then go to the waiting area which is very large. It was FUL!!! I guess a lot of people made 10:00 am appointments and had to wait. I had to sit in a chair in the corner for 1.5 hours. At 11:20 am I get a text message, my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I walk up to the cashier window and am greeted by a less than enthusiastic lady. I give her my name and say I have a text saying my Suburban is ready. She digs through a mound of papers which if it was just done shouldn't be on top? After not finding it, I was told she is waiting of for the paperwork. Apparently it is coming via special courier? Another 10 minutes and my paperwork is transported from points unknow to the cashier by the service writer. I am told that at 21,000 miles the air filter and cabin air filter need to be replaced very very soon. He appears to very concerned about them. Surprise, another upsell attempt. I walk up to pay for the tire rotation and am told $98.xx. I said I should only be paying for the rotation as I have a service contract. The response "I don't know anything about that you'll have to talk to your service writer about that, he just went in to the men's room". Pour guy must need a laxative, because almost 5 minutes later he reappeared. I said I have an oil change package and I should not be charged for the oil change. Instead of apologizing , he said "you agreed to the charges". He took the paperwork from the the very happy cashier and disappeared back to his deck. After 10 minutes, I walked out to him and was told he would have it done shortly. The paperwork was again brought to the cashier with I believed to be the wrong total. I was told I have to pay over $5.00 for shop supplies and disposal fees to have tires rotated? At this point, I surrendered. You won the battle. I now have over 2.75 hours invested in to a freaking oil change, plus an hour drive home. I was not about to loose who knows how much time over $5.00. I will say this, I have a few oil changes left that I will hav
