Difficult employees, corrupt money laundering managers, dangerous area not worth the money or risk I would recommend driving just 10 mins more to the Brooklyn park facility.

Terrible customer service, above all, they do not have professionalism when offering memberships. The 2 people who speak Spanish (Claudio) do not comply with what they offer you in the membership and if one goes to have something resolved for you, they tell you that you are a problematic person.

Horrible service, employees act like you're inconveniencing them for asking questions. Tried signing up for a membership when I asked how much longer of a wait it was going to be I got an angry face and a shoulder shrug. It was clear my membership was not wanted, or cared for.

this has to be the worst club in mpls this place is always filthy always it's never ever clean and there is NEVER EVER ANY HOT WATER and the people behind the desk don't know why this is a zero stars place when you can't even take a shower find any gym but this one

I love this gym, one of the nicest LA Fitness' in the metro by far. The equipment is new, they have lots of free weights, and its never busy. Both the staff and gym regulars are friendly an encouraging.

Unprofessional people work behind the desk at night. They locked the gym doors 40 minutes before closing time. They saw me try to come in and shook their head and continued to ignore me. Looked like boyfriend and girlfriend sitting behind the desk cause she was sitting on his lap. (Light skin girl with the Afro puffs and the black dude with dreads) Get a room you 2!!

Im giving it 2 stars because everytime I go theres no cleaning wipes ANYWHERE up stairs. Come downstairs and there’s only 1 container that has wipes. I feel like if the cleaning lady that is there is still not there to re-fill; the front desk or others can definitely re-fill it for the guests!
I’ve worked at Lifetime and cleaning wipes is TOP PRIORITY and it should be too for LA Fitness

I like the gym because it is close to my house, but lately it has become a meeting point for thieves, on 2 occasions they have broken my lock on my locker, trying to extract my belongings, I notified the manager who has never listened to me. my complaints, I have heard of other people who have had their wallets stolen inside the gym without anything being done about it

I’ve been dealing with this club for over 10 years on and off and primarily just this location!The lack of consistency with opening on time is ridiculous for the members who are early risers.. we’ve literally dealt with the most inconsistent employees up until this last year and a half..This lady named Erika literally from day ONE has always been early and opening ON TIME! Consistently to one point she worked all 7 days because of the problem with weekend staff. Even times after taken off weekends build bonds with members where we were able to call and get assistance on weekends when SHE WAS OFF.. to come open the doors after waiting over 30 mins past opening time.. AND SHE WOULD STAY TIL THE NEXT AVAILABLE EMPLOYEE COMES! if she wasn’t asked to just stay that entire shift..NO COMPLAINTS.. always had high energy! Made it easy to work with!Now we are dealing with already the same consistent issues as before and it’s only been 2 days.. and this is the “Traits” of this In particular location..And for the janitor to be outside EARLY.. and told not to open EVEN after the business should be open!! Is BEYOND ME.. yall must do better!If it ain’t broke DONT FIX IT!!!
