I reserved car on line when i wanted to get car they didnot accept other insurance coverage . I already paid for insurance coverage cover and second driver , but they did not accept it they charge me again !!! They gave me Electric car without say anything. I had argued with manager whey he gave me Electric car , i payed extera to get normal car . They play with word professionally to cheat and get dirty money,

Had Hertz through an insurance loaner car. The car smelled vaguely like smoke, although an air freshener did the trick. I was called like 5 different times before picking up to set up the drop off, which was a bit annoying because the insurance was supposed to set basically everything up. Overall Hertz is fine, they just seem a bit disorganized at times. I would believe this is how most car rental services are.

First off the customer service was excellent!! We were in and out in no time. They were so friendly, creating a relaxing atmosphere and great conversation. The car was very clean and in great condition. I was given the option to upgrade but did not feel pressured when I declined. All in all, it was one of the best experiences I've had at a car rental company.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! FRAUDULENT CHARGES MADE BY THIS LOCATION WITH NO RESOLVE STILL after 3 weeks! I booked a car through Priceline at this location for my daughter. I purchased insurance through the Priceline app, as well. My daughter got to the location and picked up the car. She looked at the receipt when she got home to see that they charged her more for the rental AND added their insurance to the cost as well. She went back to ask about the charges and was told it will all come off of her card when she returned it. IT HAS NOT. This has been going on since December 29th, 2023. She has spoked to customer service 3 times, they STILL have not even sent her the receipt that she keeps requesting of how they broke down the charges. Every support person she talks to says they are going to email it to her. It never gets sent ( even in her spam folder) We have reached out to email to HERTZ as well. No response. Not only did they charge her for something they added, they wont respond to calls or emails. We have all documentation to show that they are fraudulent charges.1/24/24 UPDATE: Now I receive a response when their business goes public! The link for my browser is a Facebook messenger link!Still not talking to an actual person. They won't give their name either, so I can have a reference person while sending messages on this Facebook messenger link. STILL getting the run around. I am now reporting them to the BBB for fraudulent charges and they are claiming I signed a contract, but, I DID NOT SIGN A THING. When I asked for a copy of said contract, I was told that they " don't have the capability to upload my signed rental agreement" ! When I told them that I will be reporting this to my credit card company and the BBB with my receipts and my Priceline trip with the charges, I received a message they will send this to their "team" for evaluation.WATCH OUT PEOPLE! They have your credit card and can charge whatever they want, which is what they did with us. We were supposed to be charged $320.34, She has charges on her card for $562.62. A $242.28 difference. For the record, we did turn the car in with a full tank of gas and there was no damage to the car.

Whatever you do,DO NOT go here,even if you have to walk home!!I had a rental with them couple of months ago that was through insurance and they charged me $500 saying I had an suv yet they didn't notify me when I picked up the car,mind you it was a Nissan murano and my car was Ford explorer insurance wanted me to take a similar car as mine,they said they charged me $500 cos they didn't have the car,dude how was that my fault?been there too many times and they told me they will refund my money and over 3 months later I'm still waitingAnd did I mention ALL their cars are smoked in??Please save yourself the time and money and try anywhere else

I think these days car rental companies can be tricky, but I’ve had a pleasant experience with this location. They gave me the car I reserved for the time I asked and they were very kind and professional with no hidden fees. Thanks!

They change their rates seems like every week if you try and use your points for free days the remaining days or more expensive You pay less not using your points. The customer service is horrible
