“I had the best experience with the cashier that goes by the name of Grace Betzold. I was visiting from out of town and it was wonderful. This is the second time I’ve found myself at this Marshall’s in Minnesota and both times I’ve had grace. She is such a doll and is so good at her job. I commend her for doing such a great job. There was another girl up front with her not doing what she was supposed to be doing while there was a long line. Grace was getting through the line so well I was probably only in line for 5 minutes. The other girl was just standing watching while Grace was doing her absolute best. If anyone deserves a raise it is Grace Betzold. I will definitely be coming back for her. If anyone else want this great experience she told me she’s there every weekend. Everyone deserves to be helped by Grace!”

“This is one of the best locations. Shelves are always fully stocked. The store is clean and organized. Lines aren’t freakishly long. Usually has adequate amount of cashiers. Was surprised they closed at 6pm rather than 10pm the evening I was there. Cashier said it was because someone had called off so I suppose they need to hire more people or people who like their job enough not to cause such a thing. I imagine that’s a decent loss for the store. Anyway my cashier, I don’t remember his name I wish I did, was SO nice and friendly. We had a ton of stuff so we had a few minutes to chat and he was just super pleasant and friendly.”

She did an application for me, described each product She was using, the proper way to apply it, why she was using what she was, and even included my little one with a touch of makeup to be like her mama! She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and passionate about her job and helping customers. THAT'S TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

They recently turned it into a super target with a liquor store, and I could not be happier.The isles are clean, and the staff is extremely helpful and attentive. “Visiting Nordstrom's Racks sometimes feel like a treasure hunt. You never know if you're going to find that designer bag or shoes for 80% off or if all you're going to find is the Nordstrom rack brand items. That's what makes it fun!The Rack in Maple Grove is decent sized and well laid out. They tend to have a bit of a smaller selection of the higher end designers that you can find at the Mall of America Nordstrom rack but still a decent variety. They carry women's, men's, children's, shoes, accessories and home goods. Parking is plentiful but the traffic flow is a little tricky directing you right into the first row. That row gets 100% of incoming traffic so I'd recommend parking one or two over. Customer service here is always good. While you are kind of on your own to hunt the racks (if you want a personalized shopping experience head to the actual Nordstrom's) the employees always seem to be in a good mood and helpful when checking out. Dressing rooms are always clean and they have plenty of spaces to try on items. It helps when people return unwanted items to the return racks so do your part and don't leave them in the room. Overall I think visiting this location is fun and I rarely leave empty handed!”

“Found some beautiful dresses for Sweetheart dance here and they were not exorbitantly overpriced like much of Macy's is. Beyond how expensive most stuff is here though, the store is always clean and staff is nice (if not a little aggressive in the scents/makeup/commission areas). Happy to swing through here on shopping trips.”
