Have been trying to use online banking for five days now. Unable to receive a SMS text message to receive a code. No other way to get into my account. I call and just get excuses that it's because of T-Mobile. Connexus should have another way to verify so you can get into your own bank account. If it goes on one more day. I'll be paying off my car loan. And finding a credit union that I can actually log into my account.

A credit union that treats you as an individual. Great rates for savings and checking fees are minimal. Responsive in a timely manner when inquiring by e-mail.

I had to stop by after work for a check deposit & coin machine, as usual staff (Cynthia) were very friendly, fast, effective.Not sure why some people had some sort of bad experience with CCU, myself, so far every trip to Brooklyn Center branch were a fine one.

The worst bank I've had to deal with. When rates fall, I will immediately refinance somewhere else. Takes you 2 hours to make a payment. Doesn't recognize USAA as an external bank so you can't set up auto payments. Lots of fun.

I've been with Connexus - since it was the Honeywell Credit Union! Years ago I got frustrated with Wells Fargo on a home refinance and even switched my mortgage to Connexus. I was very happy with how that went and delighted to cut all ties with Wells. I've banked also at US Bank.I use on-line Bill Pay, checking and Money Market services. I've traveled the world with their cards and called from overseas when a cash machine ate my card. Never had anything but responsive service.I did get some incorrect info from an employee in the Brooklyn Center branch recently, but no real harm was done, and they have always been responsive. Credit Unions are still better than banks!

We received the worst customer service at Connexus Credit Union. The staff member we dealt with was very unprofessional and just flat out rude. Ultimately, we decided to close our accounts and take our business elsewhere because of this. With a plethora of banking options out there, why waste time having to deal with rude, snotty staff members. There’s a reason their branches are closing left and right.
