“Noticed a defect in a new Skol hat I bought from Sota at the state fair when I got home. Went to this St. Louis Park store the next day to see if they would exchange it. They didn’t have that specific hat since everything went to the fair, so he just made me a new one on the spot in 5 minutes. Best customer service ever. Love this brand. Love their people.”

“Back in December, I ordered 10 pairs of Carhartt pants in my usual size. This was my first time buying Carhartt since they introduced the new sizing options (slim, regular, and loose fit). Unfortunately, all the pants arrived about 2 inches too long.Determined to find the right fit, I recently made the trip to this location with my giant box of pants. Traffic was awful, and I only arrived 15 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the employee working there, Chris, couldn't have been more helpful.Chris was incredibly patient and understanding, even though I showed up last minute with a large box of pants to exchange. He took the time to explain the new sizing options and helped me find the perfect fit for me so I could order from their website since the store is about an hour drive for me.He even went above and beyond by explaining their free zipper/button and repair program – something I wasn't aware of before. I never felt rushed, even though I ended up leaving 20 minutes after closing time!This experience is a testament to the great employees at Carhartt. Chris's kindness, knowledge, and patience made a huge difference in my shopping experience. Highly recommend this store!”

“I had been pouring countless hours searching for the perfect stroller, unaware that Baby Grand existed! After I went to check out a deal on an Uppababy stroller, I wanted to see one in person. I stopped in the store and the two associates were so knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me check out all the strollers I had considered, they had the same prices as the online deals, they have exceptional service and a discount on accessories! When I decided on a product I fell in love with, they had the high-end Veer stroller in stock and was able to come home with me that day! I didn’t have to spend time waiting for an online order to emerge! They also told me they could help ensure my future car seat would be installed correctly when purchased through them! That’s a great service! I’ve already sent multiple texts to friends about how great their store is and I think moms-to-be need to check it out! Low sales pressure matched with exceptional service! “Always have a good experience at this store. The staff are always positive and helpful. It helps a lot to have the Old Navy or Gap credit card if you shop here often. I was able to save with a 50% cardholder discount day for back to school shopping. I also rack up rewards points to use for free clothes. My teens like the sweats and athletic looking stuff and I appreciate the extending sizing for women.”

Always attentive if you were in the dressing room The only negative thing I can say is that I always shop petite cuz I'm short and they had a very few select items that I could choose from in the pants section but I don't blame it on the customer service. I blame it on the company in general so maybe I should give it a four star instead of a five”
“I always find what I need here, nice clearance section that is kept organized, nice sales and prices. Sometimes off from the online inventory but I understand that it can't be 100% due to returns and purchases coming and going at any time. The checkout lines can tend to get long but they are quick to call for backup... And the young faces running those registers give me faith that the future of humanity isn't as doomed as I once thought.. very kind, curious, and engaging!

“I do like Old Navy a lot. But it's really hot and cold. Hunt and peck. Sometimes I walk out of there with 3 things I absolutely love. Other times I try on 8 things and don't like any of them. Their prices are really good. I love coming to the store. I hope they continue because so many retail stores are closing. I will always continue to patronize Old Navy. Keep up the good work. ?”

“Clean and all clothes are organized by color and size. Great prices, selection and quality.So ive met/seen 6 staff members since going to this location and I will say it's a split on service. 3 of the employees were short when I asked them questions (not that im asking for FLO type service so its fine but dont look like you hate your job even tho most people do) and sort of blah sorting clothes behind the register, the other 3 were knowledgeable, hit all the sales points and 1 was even singing down the aisle and that made me feel happy.Otherwise, The only negative thing I have to say is the teething rings at the front door were very dusty, wiping them down and packaging them would help them sell and straightening up the toy area. It just looks visually chaotic with everything thrown up there.Also, shame on anyone who gives them 1 star over the bag ordeal. I saw it on the website, I always CALL ahead if I'm unsure and simply to inquire. Also, Don't smoke around your kids, their stuff or leave it in a garage or smoke in your house and think they are still going to take your belongings. That's just bad parenting and 2 you have a phone to leave a bad review but can't put in 30 seconds of legwork to do research by calling or looking them up.If anything changes I'll update my review.”
“This location is OK. It's basically Minnetonka area, so it's not too friendly of staff. I'm pregnant and went in for a bassinet. Found a nice one. There was no price tag, so I asked the lady if she could come help me figure out the price of the bassinet, and she did. I do have to say, I appreciated the fact that when she realized the price tag was ripped off, instead of cussing she said "fiddle sticks." Lmao. I REALLY appreciate fiddle sticks. The only disappointment I had was nobody helped me with the door while I got the bassinet out of the store. That's my only disappointment. Other than that, this location has really nice clothes and baby stuff for pretty cheap. I'll continue to shop here.”
“We had a fantastic experience finding my friend's wedding dress here. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Plus size friendly. We don't speak Spanish and they were very patient with us and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. Alterations were made quickly. Will be back this spring for bridal party dresses.”
