“As a single woman frustrated my vehicle would not start and needed a new battery, I took a shot it went to batteries plus.
I am so grateful for Tony at batteries plus in Plymouth.
Tony’s kind knowledgeable service had me back on my way with in 20 minute.
Because of Tony’s awesome service and kindness, batteries plus Plymouth has a customer for life.
Thank you”
“Came in after a recommendation from my dad, for a new battery after experiencing car issues for the first time ever and Anthony got straight to the point. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will come back and refer as well.”
“About a year ago I visited this batteries plus and asked that both of my key fob batteries be replaced. After leaving I noticed that one wasn't working. My intention was to go back, but l never did. Today my 1 working key fob left me locked out of my vehicle. (Dead key fobs was INSIDE my locked vehicle!) It was an actual nightmare. Fast forward to me high tailing it to batteries plus (to replace BOTH key fobs). I explained to the manager "Anna" my previous experience, and shared what had just happened. She replaced not just the 1 key fob battery, but both. At no charge to me. I honestly really needed that break. I needed at least 1 good thing to happen after my escapade trying to get into my vehicle. The time I mentioned earlier, was not the only other time I've visited this Batteries Plus. I've been there many times. And come to think of it, "Anna" helped me awhile back in finding an old style "light bulb" for night light I was refusing to get rid of! She has gone above and beyond any time I've dealt with her, and I highly suggest anyone who has a key fob need, light bulb need (they're always on SALE SALE) battery needs etc, you take your business here. I promise it will be a good experience!”
“The young man that helped me get my truck battery replaced was very helpful and patient. He explained everything clearly and was fast and efficient in replacing it for me.”
“Had an almost dead car fob. Walked in, the employee popped open my fob, found the right battery, popped it in, and I paid less than $10. Couldn't be happier.”
“Whether you need something specific or just some advice, this store has it all. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, but I must give a special shoutout to Ryan, who went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. His expertise and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. Every trip is a treat, thanks to their excellent customer service and comprehensive inventory. Highly recommend!”
“Just had a great experiance, Logan was a great help! I came in with both brakelights out and Logan made sure that it wasn't the fuse. Thankfully it wasn't. He helped me find the right lightbulds and even changed them for me. It took less than 15 minutes. Thank you!”
“I just have to shout out a word of gratitude for Terry at O’Reilly’s in Champlin for his above and beyond helpfulness. He not only provided guidance for choosing the right product but even helped me get the product into my van in the right portal for oil! His service is greatly appreciated. I know where to go for help with my vehicle if there’s a need in the future! Thank you Terry!”

12363 Champlin Dr, Champlin“Hessan was so kind about talking me through everything I needed to know for replacing my alternator. He explained things to me in a way I could understand and helped me come up with a price that worked for my budget. I will be going back for all my car part needs from now on because of Hessan.”
“O'Reilly Auto Parts has everything you need for your car. Customer service is very nice and friendly. The store is neat and organized and clean. If your check engine light comes on O'Reilly Auto Parts can check it for you by running codes. It's such a nice relief to know that when you have questions about something before taking it to your mechanic.”
“I had a great expierence the other day. My check engine light came on and no one could help in the moment so i drove to O'Reilly and a man named John helped me. He read my code and told me what what wrong. But i felt like he went above and beyond besides answering my crazy questions he gave me different options. It was just a nice refreshing expierence.”
“Went to O'Reilly with some car trouble to diagnose and David went above and beyond and basically fixed it for me. Well, not basically: he did fix it. With one part that cost $9. Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.”
“I help people out of tight spots as I own a mobile repair service. A customer of mine purchased rotors and front pads for his car. He hired me to install them at his home for $120 +all parts. My typical charge including my fuel cost to drive to your location 1 time anywhere in the Twin Cities Area for front brake replacements. After arrival, removal of 1 front wheel, caliper, etc., I explained in detail how good the pads & rotors looked. I then undid what was already done and proceeded to the other front. While walking around the rear of the car I looked and felt through and around the rear wheels I found that the 1st rear wheel I inspected was missing 1 pad completely and the rotor was damaged. Right away I removed the wheel and tire and advised the customer. He then said, "but Shawn I had another mechanic car dealer guy do the rear brakes and I paid him $180 +parts. There were no new rear pads or rotors installed here I said to him. He replied, "huh? That must be why he blocked me then?". I drove us to this O'Reilly's where he purchased the front pads n rotors. The exchange was quick. The other parts we needed were in stock and more inexpensive than the front parts we didn't need. Saved my customer $25 I replaced them instead of both front customer tipped me the $25 savings happily knowing I looked out for him and only did what was needed properly, quick, and with pictures of the caliper supposedly done without a pad loose bolts and incredibly overtightened lug nuts to ward off anyone who might uncover the scammers' wicked ways. Please be careful and lookout for possible scammers out there Everyone!!”
“I live in St. Paul & was on that side of town tp visi Granddaughter & suddenly my vehicle began to vibrate so I pulled on. Friendly, Fast. HONEST & PROFESSIONAL, unlike their competition O'Reilly up the street.
The Young man was twitching & didn't look Healty. I was very uncomfortable & it wasn't a medical issue; if you can read between the lines. IJS..
The Entire Sraff @ Auto Zone that evening were on point. I felt like Family. They were a Life Safer. Thank You So Much

“These are good, honest folks. I bought the wrong part due to a misunderstanding on my end, and the return process was easy and generous. Super reasonable. Will be doing business again.”
“Salesman checked old battery, cancelled my on-line order which was the wrong size, and went thru options that were right. All with a great attitude. Definitely recommend for any battery needs.”

He didn't let me leave until I knew I had what would fit!! I'd drive back from Stillwater any day just to get hus help again! If you're needed advice on a part, ask for Shun! “Circled the block several times and couldn't find the place, but from checking the other reviews it seems like it has a similar degree of signage to a CIA black site—which is to say "none whatsoever". Never made it here but it's pretty funny so I'm rating it five stars.”

3900 Vinewood Ln N, Plymouth“Okay let me start this by saying, I know nothing about cars. (I'm a 25 year old woman trying to learn how to maintain and fix my own vehicle.)So, I walked into O'Reillys clueless asking for a stain remover. I was greeted by some helpful gentlemen and referred to Sherm. He helped me select the right cleaning solvent to get the coffee out of my car seats. As the other gentlemen claimed, Sherm is the expert, so I decided to ask some more car questions. Having a hefty scratch on the back of my car, I was wondering if I could take care of that myself. He helped me hand select the products needed, taught me how to do it, wrote it down and reviewed it with me. He looked up the style and make of my car to confirm we got the right paint, and made sure I understood how to do it. I also have a cracked fender/bumper(cluelessness example) and he helped me buy the products needed, and physically assisted me with putting the lug nuts on. As an older gentlemen he was on the ground helping me fix my issues. He made me confident that I could fix my scratches on my car, and he was incredibly professional and resourceful. I promised Sherm I would come back to show him the result when I repainted my scratches like he told me. When I came home, I told my fiancé about the encounter and he stated "they don't make them like that anymore". That's the truth, he took time out of his day to explain, assist, and physically look at the car issues I was facing. I was nervous walking into an auto repair store knowing nothing about cars or how to fix them, but genuinely walked out feeling motivated and confident to do it myself. Sherm is the best, he's experienced and has great customer service. They truly don't make them like him anymore. (Give that man a raise)”
“Employees are always polite and professional. Some of their clientele can lack manners which can sour your experience. #retailsucks Shelves are nice and clean for an auto parts store. I trust these people under the leadership of the manager/supervisor that's been there for the last 10 years or so. They're my go to Auto parts store.”
