I went in there a day after surgery because my toes and fingers were turning purple and my legs were swollen and I was bloating and they were more concerned with just giving me morphine and the doctor didn't even examine me once not one of them could figure out how to give an IV I was poked five times they gave me an MRI there was no leaks and sent me home

I had an MRI here, had to pay my part up front,they overcharged me over 700 dollars and it took 2 months to get my money back. I will be going to Fargo from now on.

What a beautiful facility going to complete waste. I won't ever use their "ER" again. Take the risk and drive to Fargo! After fighting with the nurse and doctor that my son had RSV and not croup. They insisted we do a neb treatment for croup.. after he just had it weeks prior.. I begged for a RSV test & sure enough my son was struggling due to RSV! We ended up taking him to Fargo where they gave him antibiotics and monitored him! This place is a fricken joke. The doctor looked like he was high and he didn't even check my son's vitals! Save your time and money go to Fargo!!

Horrible experience. Doctor and nurses refused to answer questions about the treatment they wanted to give me and refused to discuss other options. I could hear staff complaining about me in the hall. The doctor was yelling at me during my visits to just take the treatment or leave without answering questions about how it would interact with my pre existing conditions.Make the drive to Fargo, I will never go back even if it’s life or death, I’ll take my chances going elsewhere.

Nursing home care is way below standards. Staff is rude a family member ended up with a life threatening injury ...no one around when help is needed

I personally have always had positive experiences when I have been in St.Frances Medical Center in Breckenridge MN. Whether it is the ER, Acute Care, or the Wellness Center. These professional individuals treated me with respect and dignity- and had my best interest in mind.

So they don't have any emergency equipment, can't pull teeth even when infected and broken. Have no one to call for emergencys except their own doctors can't perform surgeries so how are they being funded let alone being considered a hospital when they have to transfer you or send you to Fargo hospital? So I get in a car accident get rushed to St Francis only for them to helicopter me to Fargo. If this isn't a religious medical scam then the government never lies

Garbage staff. A sheriff escorted me to emergency room during a mental breakdown where i was told if I didn't treat his staff with respect, I would go to jail. Someone needs to terminate this business because they are not medical professionals nor do they have any intention or interest in serving their community.Edit. It's been a year. I still struggle with anger and mental health. But I don't dare ask anyone for help. BECAUSE THEY CARE MORE ABOUT BEING TREATED WITH RESPECT THAN HELPING PEOPLE. IF I EVER KILL MYSELF SUCCESSFULLY, PLEASE KNOW THAT THE STAFF IN THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR DAMAGE TO MY LIFE AND OTHERS I MAY HARM IN THE FUTURE.Anger still bothers me. I need help but when I looked, people only want money, respect or throw me in prison. I'd be better off killing myself. Lord knows I tried. Because people just really don't care about helping anyone but themselves.

I went into the er on Thursday morning, they saved my life, very much appreciated. I was having a stroke. They were in me from the minute I walked in. Great treatment and service!! Thank you!!!

If you value your health please take the trip to Fargo. I've never been to a more horrible hospital. The way they treat people is disgusting. They're also very lazy and do the bare minimum. This hospital is known for misdiagnosing people. Please just go to Fargo.

I came here after a work injury and was charged over $700 for less than an hour in the emergency room, on top of that they filed my workman's comp incorrectly and I did not receive a bill until several months later when it was "seriously past due" and by that time I had switched employers therfore I was no longer entitled to my benefits and had to pay out of pocket.

Brought my son in because he was throwing up uncontrollably for 2 hours. They gave him some medication and he was good to go. Got the bill and it was $700 just for the room. We were there for a total of 20 minutes and just for the room it was $700... this is price gouging at its finest. Place is a joke, you'd be better off driving to Fargo.
