Terrible communication. Multiple trips in on our part, and they ultimately couldn’t fix the problem. We feel cheated.Edit: just to clarify, we’re not mad they couldn’t fix the car. It’s a bummer, but that happens. We feel so cheated because not once did they call us to tell us—we always had to call them, often after hours (or weeks, depending on if they had the car in the shop or we were waiting for the next part to come in) of radio silence, so every time the news came as a bad surprise that WE had to track down. Just a disappointing way to be treated.

The guys went above and beyond to fix my car for me, they are very kind and patient to explain to me what was wrong and my car had major problems, they didn't hesitate to take it in and fix it. They also were very affordable for all the work they put into it.

Overpriced parts and very unkind customer service. They wont do business with small time repair shops even if you have brought and would bring all future business through their location. Figured they would be able to work something out during times like these when all my parts are backed up because if the virus.
