Thanks for failing to deliver my package twice in one day.
Apparently, USPS is looking for another $120 billion bailout… Maybe use that first $1 billion by replacing all the PO Boxes from 1944 with digital locker systems.. half this $h!+ looks straight out of WW1. An electronic locker system, BARE MINIMUM, would allow upset customers to pickup the packages failed to be delivered..
(legit don’t know what was done with the first $100 billion two years ago (2022), but EV trucks isn’t the answer).
Stop pumping money into a dusty, worn-out system!
*Also, this has nothing to do with the hardworking employees with boots-on-the-ground trying to make this rusty machine operate.

Failed to deliver my package due to " not able to reach porch/front door" haven't the faintest clue why. My only guess is the literal powdered donut level coating of snow that was left on the porch/steps. Poor lamb must have forgot his booties.

Is there a Human Being working on this specific USPs?? Maybe try picking up the phone when someone’s calling to get update on their parcels!!!! You people get paid and not doing the damn job!!!! My parcel is stuck at this USPS for 5days now not even moving an inch and when you call their phone nobody got the nerve to answer it!!!! Been calling all day!!!!

Package was to big for mailbox and did not attempt to come to door!!!! They knew it was to big for mail box. Lazy!!!!! Wasted morning waiting!!!!!!!

these people are just truly horrible at everything they do.for the sake of brevity I will share only a single story:I get a lot of junk mail for past residents of my current residence, when I write Return to sender on it the postman shoves it back in my mailbox highlighting the wording of or current resident, implying that he cannot return it to Sender because there is a resident...completely ignoring the demand of the resident to return the junk mail to the sender!!!!!

I’ve never had a problem with any USPS until this last year moving to a Brainerd address. They’ve lost my wife’s medications, and lost numerous packages. Yesterday, they said they delivered a package, too big to fit in the mailbox, but all my Ring camera picked up was them placing an envelope in the mailbox. Then the tracking updated to “left in mailbox.”This is beyond ridiculous. I’ve never had one entity screw up so many items. They tell us the post master will call us, and we never hear back.

Clerk announced to everyone that I stay at a safety shelter. Would not help me get my meds and does not put notice in the po Box when my meds got delivered last week and they are refrigerated medication. Make me sad I used to be proud when I worked for USPS. WORST POST OFFICE EVER.

Doesn't deliver mail and doesn't deliver packages. Unable to actually pick up any packages at the building.
