Couldn't get through to the local Brainerd post office. Too many questions and too many buttons to press. I just want to know when our mail delivery will resume

Failed to deliver my package due to " not able to reach porch/front door" haven't the faintest clue why. My only guess is the literal powdered donut level coating of snow that was left on the porch/steps. Poor lamb must have forgot his booties.
