5 days for a package to travel what should be a 5 hour drive. Late with zero delivery priority, missed delivery window. Last time I trust ups with an urgent package that's for certain.

I’ve had two issues today. Speaking to an actual person is rather difficult. Speaking to someone would have been Faster and quicker than their automated system.Driver delivered a package to the wrong house Thankfully, I knew which house it was The last time they delivered Similar package to my place. Driver this time must not have been paying attention, and also didn’t take a picture like the last time to show that it was deliveredUPS is usually great when it comes to deliveries and this just happened to be a one off so I’m just rating it off of This one experience.

I live in a building that's an apartment. There's two businesses in the front. I do not want a package left on the sidewalk as it will be stolen. I have been working for 3 days on the phone with several people to get my package. I still do not have my It. I even had a dispatch woman. Call me to tell me the schedule and that some drivers and some won't call you. she gave me the schedule and they showed up 3 hours earlier. I told her am I supposed to stand in the cold snow. Come down from my second story building. I'm disabled and sick with my dog in the freezing. Cold to wait an hour for a package. . this is the worst customer service I have had in years. I call the 800 number and I get people who are unable to speak English. I go to town to talk to the U. P. S center on Washington street and they tell me they are not related to UPS. I have to go to Madison location from 4-7. I would have to drive all the way there across town. And I am unable to see to drive in the night. I will get a hold of the major company that is sending me this package and let them know to please quit using ups. Thanks a lot happy holidays UPS you are seriously incapable of doing your job. Customer service is dead. Are you other customers aware that once you sign that form, they are no longer responsible for your package. so if the driver steals it or anyone else in this nasty world, you're out nof course. way to go U. P. S

Supposed to be open 4-6 which is inconvenient enough. Then the doors didn't open until 4:10 or so. And all because a driver assumed no one lived at my address i.had to pay an additional $7 for it to come back to the warehouse. I am more than unsatisfied

Great staff very helpful. Had a home pickup scheduled but missed it. No label left by driver? So l went to ups store they directed me to distribution warehouse. Warehouse cant scan remote label but looked for created label found it or made one not sure but took package and gave receipt. Glad they handled it and got to dtive around and see new areas of the city lol. End result got it handled. But call and as amozon for a scan code its a lot easier.

SO TIRED of having everyone else’s pkgs left on my doorstep. Five times in the last 2 weeks. Our road is rural, about 1 mile long so packages seem to be left at random addresses and we are expected to figure this out ourselves, I guess. Calling the “Customer Care Center” gets you nowhere. They promised the “local” UPS would call me the next day—never happened. And the one package that WAS for me (Express Overnight Air) was delivered to a neighbor down the road who was gone for a few so it sat there for FOUR DAYS! I’ve tried to work within their system, but I can’t even get a phone call from a human being, just the automated Chat that accomplishes nothing. I only wish I could rate them with NO STARS.

More than tired of LAZY driver in my area. Consistently leaves packages in FULL VIEW outside while business is OPEN without ever coming to the door. Drives around with headphones on and when you try to speak with him he ignores or cannot hear due to headphones. My business is on a busy highway and constantly amazon boxes with big smiles on them scream STEAL ME. Have complained, was told basically " Deal with it" Absolutely tired of it.

My package has been “out for delivery” since Friday. Yesterday it said it was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Today it’s back “out for delivery” but, when they finally do show up, it’s much earlier in the day. So I guess my package won’t be here today, either. Ridiculous!

Driver lied and said package couldn't be delivered (I tracked live on the ups map and could even SEE the truck <500 ft away!) I was told I could contact/go to the depot and pick it up FOR A FEE. Totally unacceptable.

Had a package go out for delivery and they cancelled it last minute claiming “weather delay” and never contacted me to tell me and then they held it without telling me. They never updated the status of the package to say it was being held and I couldn’t get past the customer service robot to talk to an actual person. Ended up having to drive all the way in almost a week later to pick it up because they never tried to re-deliver or contact me the entire time.

I went today to figure out where my package got dropped off and they were dismissive and told me the driver said he dropped it off at my doorstep... he definitely didn't drop it off at my doorstep. Awful customer service.
