I am leaving a positive review for the Amazon return experience in response to several 1-star reviews where the reviewers didn't follow basic instructions and then were mad about it. If you follow the Amazon prompts and bring the packaged item into the UPS store, they scan the QR code and you're on your way in 3 minutes. It literally couldn't have been easier!

They charge 25 bucks for a free amazon returns. Beware. Amazon said it should be free. I always avoid shady ups stores. I'd avoid this one. St cloud is better.

I recently dropped off a package with a prepaid label on it that was supposed to go to California. I rarely ship anything by UPS, so I asked the lady at the counter if everything on the label looked correct and she said yes. Two days later I get home from work and a UPS truck is in my driveway with the exact same package. I asked the driver why the package came back to me and he had no idea.I will definitely not use UPS again for shipping a package. ?

I was disappointed with the way I was assisted today by the two women behind the counter. I came in with the sticker left on my door from the USP driver that said I could get my package at this store. I said to the woman “ Hi! I missed my driver today and was hoping to get my package!” Both women were snarky with their answers.

This is the first review I’ve ever left because I was so upset at this place I went in and I had some returns to make from Amazon and the girl said to me I don’t shop at Amazon and I said so you can’t help me return these items and she said nope and I said well then what do I do when she goes I don’t know I said I don’t shop at Amazon but her job is to help return things that are delivered from UPS so what is the difference where I shopped at?! It worked out because another girl with short hair (did not catch her name but hopefully they know what I’m talking about because she deserves to be acknowledged for her awesome customer service !) anyways this girl who was super friendly came out and helped me.

Stopped to get an important document notarized as their website and sign inside the business states they notarize and were told they didn’t have the staff for it! Not cool!!

Well I had an important medical test that was paid for overnight shipping and UPS failed to fulfill their overnight commitment and my urgent medical test was not able to be used because it is only sustainable for 1 day. Because UPS failed their guarantee by not shipping in time it has created a world of issues for my health. Very disappointed. I'm not sure if it's the store or the company but don't put faith in their guarantee!

manager is a pathetic JOKE, she will assault you with calling in a police complaint if you press her for a receipt to the amazon items you drop off there .... Shameful and Disgusting .... her minion worker is no different and will tell outright lies to try and cover up their sick customer support behaviors ....
