These people are great. We needed our Covid and flu shots. Got us right in and out. We have used this service since Covid start. We haven't used their Rx service but maybe we will try.

Nice to know that if you do not have insurance, they will not fill your prescription unless you are at the store and waiting for it! At first they claimed they didn't have a script here for me then after arguing they said they didn't fill it because I didn't have insurance. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION! Since I do not have insurance I am unable to have them filled ahead of time. They make you feel like trash when you have no insurance but are able to pay out of pocket.

Prescription was never filled, yet they claimed it was. Tried to pick up the prescription twice. Pharmacy had a Good RX coupon, but refused to honor it and they claimed it was their discretion and it differs from location to location. Sad, but this area has to many pharmacies to be treated like this. Lost our business for sure.

We stopped in on a whim to see if I could get a vaccination. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They ran the vaccination through my insurance and I was in and out in no time. Was very happy with the speed and ease. Will be back. Thanks much!

Just by calling and talking to them on the phone, you can tell THEY DON'T CARE. They keep screwing up my prescriptions and THEY DON'T CARE. I think they concentrate on 'how to get off the phone as fast as they can' rather than talking to you and trying to understand the issue. Walgreens down the street has a drive-through and better customer service.

I like how late they are open. I do not like how I am set on auto refill and still have to wait 20-30 mins for them to fill my monthly pick up. I don’t get it. What’s the point of auto refill? It’s every single time. I have voiced my concerns and nothing changes and they never apologize for the inconvenience.

Medication always wrong a hippa law on how the printing on the bottle address, phone and name of the person, and cautions on side of the bottle ill get a text message and I'll speak to them to say my medications are ready to be picked up get there and they have no idea what's going on and why are some bottles and text messages say thrifty Nystrom pharmaceutical
