“Customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced on 99% of what they have 4 sale and I'd say only a couple of items are or seem 2 me a little high on the asking price, around 1% of the items. Regardless if u are on a tighter budget or just needing 2 replace something checking things out here first would b definitely worth your time & money. 5 out of 5 stars from me here. Thanx HFHR”

“Cool store, was able to find a good deal on some used shoes and a board game.

Lots to look for, from rocks, to tools, to furniture.

They do not accept card, but accept Venmo or PayPal (they noted Venmo is preferred, and that this is new for them so do not be surprised by changes).”

“Prices are pretty steep for a thrift store. But that's pretty common. It's unfortunate, really. While it goes to a good cause, nothing in a thrift store should be over 10 bux, really.”

“A great treasure hunt! We come up to Brainerd a few times a year and always hit this thrift store. Great bargains and even greater cause. Today we did an extra little jig with the entire store half off. The prices are already reasonable. Our favorite score today were these giant stickers books for $2.40 and lucked out with a pencil box full of mostly new crayons for the same price. My toddlers were occupied for a long time while we were packing up in our hotel room. We also found an Elton John record album and a couple 500 piece puzzles for under $3. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stop in and see what gently used items you find that bring you joy.”

“As a former employee and college student at Central Lakes College, I worked there over a year. I joined an amazing team who shared exceptional core values and taught me true leadership skills The store manager and I had an incredible bond and I was ecstatic to learn what true business management was through the good, bad, and disgustingly ugly. We went through some tough motions and I even got sick and had to resign and move back to the Twin Cities! But we got through it and not only did I learn the first steps of business and merchandising, but I got hands on experience in the office to conduct emails, perform administrative tasks, and even learned how to make deposits! It was phenomenal and now, as a Business Management graduate at Grand Canyon University, I can share this incredible story of growth and thank management the most! I love and miss you guys :)”
