Over all experience was above average. Salesman was great to work with. When dealing with finance person and I ask about document fees he got very defensive. Very unprofessional. Better explanation on documents would prevent this. He did say he always takes the heat for it.

This experience was great. We had some problems with some work that Tanner had performed earlier this winter. Jeremy from the customer service department contacted me proactively. Jeremy then coordinated a loaner vehicle, drove it to my place of work, and drove my vehicle back to his service facility. The service was prompt and thorough. Proactive communication from Jeremy and Glenn occurred daily with updates as I had asked. We have our vehicle back and it runs great. We have since had another vehicle in for routine maintenance at Tanner.
