I rarely give reviews but this place is magnificent, the staff is friendly and the work they put in to make the place good is amazing. It completely changed my mental health in a positive way and the setup is great.

Been a member since shortly after they opened, Takedown has changed my life.I started working out in earnest about 7 years ago, and now at age 67 i am in the best shape i have been in in 20 years thanks to the team at Takedown. Just try it, nothing to be afraid of, Marvelous staff, a gift to our community.

Great gym with everything you need for any type of workout. Love the sauna and all the equipment is taken care of.WARNING: Even when you commit to a year long membership at a given price, they can change the price to anything they want during that time. Just months in to the commitment the price went up and I was still committed. Not to mention the account management errors we have experienced.

Wide variety of equipment, clean and organized, offers a lot for one gym. The sauna was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this gym!

The hours here are absolutely ridiculous. I pay how much money for the gym to close at 7 on Fridays, 3 on Saturdays? So for us working folks this scheme isn't working out... no pun intended. If y'all read this, maybe stay open till 10 at least or get cameras and a bloody keyfab system installed...

NO SPACE FOR ANYTHING, you can’t play basketball because they have two gyms and never have the other ones hoops down, volleyball leagues every Monday so you can’t even play basketball that night, pickle ball always taking up the courts as well, FIND A DIFFERENT GYM!!!

Equipment is not great. The price for the single membership is way overpriced for what the gym offers. Making you pay for towels? You can get access to other gyms with more amenities for around the same price.
