Kept my stolen guitars after police reports were made and required I paid them back while I have proof of ownership and filing police reports. Lied multiple times on the phone saying they didn’t have it when it was in the back the whole time until they recently put them out on the sales floor. Incredibly rude employees, refuse to acknowledge their mistake - or to even try to make it right. Disgusting behavior. If you’ve had any stolen electronics, music gear, or valuables of any worth, this would be the first place I’d stop. In short - rude, unprofessional, arrogant, shady, and probably very illegal things taking place here.

This shop accepts and sells stolen items knowingly. If anything of yours of value has been stolen in the area, I'd check this place immediately.

Went in to just look at stuff and they do have a lot of good items. Ended up spending 640 dollars because they were so willing to bargain with me. Very cool people would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good deal. Thank you guys so much

I've been to many pawn shops and have been royally ripped off, but these folks here are honest. I very much appreciated their business and highly recommend them. That's coming from a veteran that's been especially screwed by the government, so I have a keen eye for a scammer when I see one.

Lowball you so bad. Friendly people, but man when they tell you how much your items worth it’s always insulting but most of time your in a hard spot so you have no choice but to do it.. and they know that. But that’s part of the game I guess..

Recently bought an Alpine Type R from these guys. They threw in a box for free. When I got home I discovered one of the coils was toasted. They took it back, apologized, and let me take home a Type E in exchange and didn't even have me pay the difference. These guys have always been fair with me and its the only shop I use anymore. Thanks again, guys!Update 2023: Bought a Galaxy Watch 3 from 'em. It was about half the price it would've been in-store. I've used the watch daily for over a year now and it's still working great :) oh, and the Type E that I got from them a few years back still bumps ;)
