A great treasure hunt! We come up to Brainerd a few times a year and always hit this thrift store. Great bargains and even greater cause. Today we did an extra little jig with the entire store half off. The prices are already reasonable. Our favorite score today were these giant stickers books for $2.40 and lucked out with a pencil box full of mostly new crayons for the same price. My toddlers were occupied for a long time while we were packing up in our hotel room. We also found an Elton John record album and a couple 500 piece puzzles for under $3. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stop in and see what gently used items you find that bring you joy.

I just posted 50 pictures to help you see what I looked at,here at the Salvation Army. I haven't visted in 5 yrs, my GPS reminded me. This has a small parking lot, a lot of the items seemed higher price (and that's from me, who lives in the Twin Cities!), perfumes, some were $19.78?, a Harry Potter book on CD was $19, puzzles, which is what I was looking for, were about $2.78+. I didn't end up buying anything.

I am not impressed with the extremely high prices and you not being open on Saturdays really sucks for people who work during the week and can't get in during your hours because of their work hours. You all have really gone down hill. With the prices, hours and your workers are extremely rude!
