“I have been a member for a few years now, and I have always had great experiences banking with MMFCU, especially the brainerd branch. Everyone is super friendly and willing to answer questions. I just got my first auto loan from them, and everyone I worked with was understanding and very patient with me. Even when I called into the branch with general questions about loans, everyone was super pleasant and provided very helpful information. Aaron was my loan officer, and he was super available and responsive with any call or email I sent his way. There was a little bit of a mix-up during the process, but we were able to talk through it, figure out where things went sideways, and get everything settled and figured out!
