We purchased a new RV at PleasureLand RV in Brainerd MN. We had a few small issues with the hot water, microwave and television antenna. Aaron Fairchild spoke with my husband and we went back to the store. Aaron Sam, Kenny, Cole and one other tech checked out our issues and everything is working now. The staff at the Brainerd store have been great.

We’ve been long time customers of PleasureLand RV of Rogers purchasing two Grand Design Solitude 5 Wheels through them.
We needed service work on a rear living room slide seals. Unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate us.
Fortunately PleasureLand Brainerd could. When calling for an appointment I reached Angel In Service department. She reviewed the schedule and found a good time that worked for both of us. When arriving we were assisted immediately than Angel was freed up from another customer she reviewed our side problems, inspected our trailer roof noted additional problems to address and gave us a summary of work needed along with cost.
She worked with Kenny and technician James to complete the repair.
We are very pleased with the results, repair and service level received.
We will continue going to the Brainerd Branch for future service.

This whole experience was terrific. They got me in right away and every one was so helpful. They fixed the problem the same day I brought the camper in and saved me another trip coming back to pick it up, I live about 80 miles away. The whole crew made me feel comfortable and especially Angel, she went above and beyond. She deserves recognition for the job she does. I will be telling all of our camping friends what a wonderful job you did.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure I didn't leave the lot with junk and also didn't pressure me into something more than I wanted. They were upfront and honest.
The prices were great, too. I thought they would be more than lesser known places, but after shopping around and talking to many other dealers (big and small),
I will be going with Pleasure Land. Even if their name sounds a little like one of those stores with blacked out windows and you have to be 18+ to enter.

Aaron in the service department is a master of his trade. Took the time to troubleshoot the problem I had with my rig even though him and his team were very busy. He also gave me a quick rundown of some things to look out for and some things to be aware of. Extremely knowledgeable, Extremely helpful and extremely fair. Would recommend and thanks again.
