We purchased a trailer here October 2022 and they closed it up winterized it and we put it on our site. When we went to our site in May there was water from a leak mind you we never even opened the trailer ourselves. We called and were told there was nothing they would do for us. Our trailer was a 2021 and was one of the “lease” returns. We had to get the leak fixed and our trailer was covered in black mold and pleasureland and the people we talked to just told us there was nothing wrong, black mold doesn’t grow in the winter months in cold I don’t think. So now I have a trailer that had to have the roof redone and the people we had look at it said the damage would have been clear to whoever inspected for the lease return. We won’t be back to pleasureland ever and will share our experience. I see another review with the same issue so clearly it’s not a one time thing.

I called and spoke with the sales manager and service center several times about the damages and was told there was nothing to be done, we asked about getting it fixed there. So there was plenty of opportunity given. And when I called the first time it was the beginning of June 2023 when we bought it in October and it was closed up and winterized by your team until mid May. So yep now it’s been 18 months but when it all started it sure wasn’t.

Arrived at 12:30 with no appointment and a broken rv. . By 2:40 back the road and on with our vacation. The service was very competent and freindly.

so I had a leak behind my toilet I called every camper place near home and everyone was booked till the first or 2nd week of October. My harvest starts in the last week of September. Having no luck, I gave Brainerd Pleasure Land RV a call. They had openings for the day after I called them. I brought the camper in a the same day I talk to them on the phone. So I got there at 1pm. Pulled the camper 160 miles one way. They told me that they might not be able to get it in today. So I gave them the option, I could stay in the camper. They told me to just unhook it and put in a spot. Had to wait 2.5 hours, but they got my camper in and fixed it. They got me back on the road at 4pm. They went above and beyond for the service. They provide 5 star service!!!
