“We went here because of the non-service we got at T-mobile in Baxter. I had been with T-mobile for 20+ years but after walking into T-mobile and getting the non-service, we came to Metro by T-Mobile. SO GLAD WE DID!!!Ben was working that day, we told him what happened at T-mobile and he got us 2 new phones and saved us money on our monthly bill! It's still T-mobile service but cheaper. We have lots of side items like cloud storage, security, McAfee, Scamshield and more. Ben is very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. He's a joy to work with!The building is difficult to maneuver, very skinny parking area up front.”
