Ordered new tires, arrive for appt. but tires didn;t come in(twice). Arrive for appt, wrong size. Called before next appt, Weren't in. Took over 5 hours to put new tires on.

Bad value. The vehicle inspection wasn't even done correctly. I have purchased several vehicles from various areas and was looking for a specific one and willing to travel. Trust me don't waste your time.

Amazing team at this auto shop! One of our truck sensors came on while we were on a family trip, they fixed it and we were back on the road in less than 2 hours. They took us to a restaurant so we could pass some time. I don't remember everyone's name but they were all great! Thank you so much!

Working for mills over the past 4 years has made me feel like a part of a family and they have been extremely accommodating to work with me through health issues me and my family have had. I am a small piece of a large company but I never feel like I don’t matter. The way I am set up I only see Marisa once a year and it never ceases to amaze me that she remembers who I am even though we have only met a few times. If you have drive and care about the car business and growing as a person mills is a great place to work.

poor customer service,had to wait days before they would start on my car,wouldnt allow me a loaner,couldnt contact sevice ,would never answer the phone,last time i will ever take my car to mills honda for repair

It was a good experience for myself and my wife working with Dale. We purchased a Focus 10 years ago from Dale and remembered the good service we received at that time. That is why we returned to Mills and requested that Dale be our salesmen. Dale did an excellent job in representing Mills and the product line. I would recommend to any of our friends that would be looking for a vehicle that they contact Dale to learn about the great vehicles that Mills offers.

Purchased my car from Mills last summer at their Honda dealership. It was a seamless process as the sales man, and sales manager listened to my needs and what I would be using the car for, figured out an appropriate budget for me to stick within, and appraised my now old vehicle at a very fair rate, above any other dealer in the area I had checked. They had what happened to be the perfect car for me, even though it was one I had not thought to look at. The paperwork process was fantastic. They had everything ready for me, so all that was needed was to print the papers, and sign them with the finance manager. He offered all sorts of protection packages that could be tailored to my needs. It was a "Have It Your Way" experience! I have had the car for 8 months now, and it has been the best purchase I made. I love the gas mileage, the reliability it provides over my previous car, and the stylish looks of it. Service work has been amazingly smooth. They are always on time when I make my oil change appointments, provide clear results on the Multi Point Vehicle Inspection, and explain why certain things are important to do. The follow up phone calls to make sure that my purchase and service work were done to excellent standards really show that the management of this company demands excellence from their employees! I will never purchase a vehicle or have it serviced anywhere other then Mills!!
