the workers were so nice and talkative! i got a full set of acrylics and they came out perfect!!! my sister also got a set and she was very very happy with hers!! it was her birthday and the lady gave her a gift at the end! this was my first time getting my nails professionally done and it was an awesome experience. i definitely recommend this place and i will be coming back most months for fills and to get them repainted! love love love!!! thank you for staying until 9 to finish our nails i really appreciate it! the first photo is my reference pic i showed them and the last 2 pictures were how my nails came out! absolutely stunning ?

I love coming here for manicures and pedicures. I've been to other salons in the Brainerd & Baxter area, Ja Mi stands out for their superb service and great work! I haven't been able to get my nails done due to jobs for almost a decade, so I've been coming religiously the last few weeks. Everyone is so friendly, Brian (I believe his name is Brian at least) is a fabulous artist and remembers his guests by name.

It's one of the BEST places I've been to hands down!!! (no pun intended ?) I have always had nubbin' nails and always resorted to acrylic nails. I finally have tiny nails and the staff were more than willing to utilize my real nails. We also got a pedicure and the massage that came with it was PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend this nail salon!!!

Absolutely the best customer service and environment like this we have been to! I did not once feel like I was the problem or out of place. The owner and his staff and family were incredible people to visit with and the work speaks for itself. Often times I feel like a number, or made fun of when I go to nail salons but NOT once did I feel like that here. 10/10 we will be back and this is now our nail place for good. Thank you for being a business we can trust.

1/1/2024 Happy New Year 2024, Brian and Angel.
I called today expecting to leave a message with a request to schedule an appointment. Brian told me to come in at 3pm.
I showed him and Angel how one of my nails had broke and asked if they could fix it. They put on a new tip. Can you see which one was repaired? I can't.
I selected this Cat's Eye polish and Angel did a fantastic job applying it.
These two are a wonderful couple. They treat me well and I appreciate the quality of their work.
I used a gift card for today's manicure and scheduled a follow-up pedicure for tomorrow.

The last time I visited here I was heavily pregnant and the person who cared for me gave me the best foot and leg rub I’ve ever had, and I fell asleep. And then I had my baby the next day ❤️ you have no idea how much your extra effort has meant to me all this time. Forever grateful!!
