Joe Semler is one of the most vile businessmen I have had the pleasure of dealing with. This man will take your money, make you promises and then disappear. Phone calls, texts and emails unanswered. When we finally did get ahold of him, he turned the table on us and tried to make out that we were the problem. He gave us a price and timeline and after blowing the timeline he set, taking our down payment, he comes back after avoiding us for months and tells us it will be double the original price and he hasn’t even started the project. When we asked just to get our money refunded he laughed and started verbally abusing us. He refused to refund us and told us to sue him to get it back all while laughing. Stay clear of this little man. Absolutely disgusting.

Ben is amazing. I ordered a custom bear bench and he spent time finding out what I wanted. Excellent communication every step of the way. He delivered it to me so fast and helped me find the best spot for my bears. What a nice family! So very happy with my bench, its beautiful, I cant stop looking at it

Ben did an amazing job, he turned our snapped off tree into a work of art, he built an Eagles nest and carved us an Eagle for it, we just recently added 2 babies. Ben also carved us some cute Bears too, he does great work and his prices are fair! He does a great job, still thrilled! Ben is a busy guy, just need to be patient, it's worth it!

My wife dropped a log off with them in middle of Oct to get carved. They said 2-4 weeks. It’s now end of Feb owner keeps saying next week or two every time she actually get a hold of him. This has happened at least 4-5 times. Haven’t heard from him since he said it would be done around Xmas. Again it’s the end of February and still nothing but broken promises. Communication is horrible don’t recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. The communication from the owner is horrible. I had ordered a custom piece was quoted 2-3 weeks for it to get done, it’s been over 3 months and nothing. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere to a business who appreciates customers and their business!

Poor communication with owner , ordered a wedding gift on line and they had over a month to make a simple name sign and was shipped two days before the wedding date . The sign showed up broken in twoOwner said they will make new one and send ..this never happened..would not recommend unless you go to there shop and buy what’s on hand …poor service

Their work is very good but their customer service is horrendous. When I made a purchase it was not sent per the time listed and I couldn't get a hold of someone to get a tracking or estimate on when it would be sent. I finally got the item which was adorable but only a few months later it has cracked horribly. I have reached out to the sellers several times for help and cannot get anyone to respond.

I bought a very cute sitting bear from them in May 2021. It has split horribly. I understand that this can happen but it is really bad. I have reached out them several times and get no response. When I bought the item I noticed their customer service was horrible as it took them way longer then stated to ship the item and they do not respond to messages.

We gave him a budget and he blew through it. The work was nice and it was close to on time he told us they would come back and do touchups not only did he not do the touchups but it took 18 months to respond to a text message.

Very cool place to pick up some nice lawn or porch statues I picked up a moose and a eagle for our house at a reasonable price ill add photos later for sure I highly recommend them they are great
