I went with Kristin H and she was awesome!! Expected a 3 week wait when I dropped them off and she called me to wrap everything up a lot quicker than that without me even reaching out! She is always so kind and knows what she's doing 😊

Expensive! I do not understand why they think they can charge 4x as much as filing online?! We used to go to another tax preparer that only charged $20 more than online but once COVID happened we decided to file online for a few years. This year we decided to do in person again and try H&R because it was close to home.... that was a big mistake. I will be going elsewhere next year. $380 to get taxes done is absolutely outrageous! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am confident our taxes are correct but an upfront price before completion would have been nice. Price was way more than expected for a standard tax return without being itemized.

My tax lady said she hated numbers (tax preparer) cold weather (winter in Minnesota) and small towns. It obviously showed with with incorrect taxes with me paying in $1200 more.Save yourself money, time and stress and get your taxes prepared cheaper and correct. Don’t pay $386 for bad service, attitude and wrong tax amount.

While feeling good, due to a seizure disorder, l want to take the time to thank H&R Block and it's professionals for us always knowing we have been in good hands. Our Professional Joyce for almost 20 yrs., before retiring, was VERY Knowledgeable and Trustworthy! "Thank You, Joyce! I need you back!!".Our new professional Jennifer knows how to take care of business for the whole family, and is kind and understanding, doing it. "Thanks Jen, for all your help!".Brainerd H&R professionals, All working hard, despite the volume and tight working quarters, Do deserve a privacy office and maybe even some calculators. Although, I didn't mind jotting totals down and helping add them up, after.The universal printer used by everybody faces out towards the hallway for easy access to all. It is also used as a divider for Jennifer's small cubicle. Sitting just inches away from the back of it, it unexpectedly powered on with a powerful punch "CHICK CHICK BOOM!" to the back of my head. After moving my chair away from it and the large computer screen, I think I was fine. I didn't realize until leaving I had chewed my left cheek and was a little discombobulated with a slight ear-ear headache underneath my skull, from the vibration and white screen. "No complaints, just a heads up for the next guy".Blessed by the people around me, I am able to take care of business safely. Thank you for another year, H&R".
