Highly recommend this salon! Love Stephanie, she is so sweet! Very Friendly staff. Nice/Clean salon. Out of all the hair salons in the Brainerd Lakes area this one is by far the best!

this was my first time dying my hair, and going to this particular salon. as i walk in, i state that i have an appointment at 9 am with Stephanie and the lady at the desk was super SNAPPY and sassy with me, as if she was insulted that i told her i had an appointment. i get into the process with Stephanie, and i choose a dark brown (very dark) with baby highlights to make it look more natural. Stephanie was a complete sweet heart throughout the entire process except for when the final verdict came through, it was only half a shade darker and more red than what we started with. i like the highlights, but if i wanted it only a tiny bit darker i would have box dyed my hair. i feel like i paid 65 dollars with tip for some baby highlights, and the main color is already fading 8 hours later. overall, extremely disappointed and wishing i had gone somewhere else. i would give the salon another chance just for Stephanie though. hoping i can work something out to see if i can get it fixed or i can get some money back because i am barely any darker then what i started with (strawberry blonde).
