I had a great experience the last couple days; I needed prescriptions two days in a row. And today I was consulted Laurie and she made some recommendations for me. And was very thorough, most times at other pharmacy their not this thorough. You should request on your medical chart that ALL medications go to Guidepoint

I’ve been trying to resolve a copay issue for over a year for my dad. Absolutely no one has a clue! Ten months later I am told it needs a precaution from his dr for MA to pick up the copay. When asked if the pharmacy had contacted the provider, I was told NO! They have not yet communicated with the provider. He’s in a facility and guidepoint delivers his meds. I get statements that are all highlighted in yellow, angry tone, yet no one there wants to help resolve the issue! One gal in the business office heard me and reassured me she would get back to me, as did a couple pharmacists, however, months and months later, I’m still waiting to hear from someone. I am BEYOND frustrated! At least when he used Walgreens, they communicated with the doctor. Jeez these people….

Had a great experience at the Brainerd store. Very helpful and efficient, they were able to fit me in for a booster shot on short notice on my way down to the cities and threw in a flu shot while I was there! Robert, in particular, who administered the shots was very friendly, informative and professional. Would definitely recommend this location.

Went in for children’s vaccinations and received compassionate care for very nervous kids. All the staff we encountered was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They thoughtfully answered all my questions.

Met with Jayme yesterday regarding getting pill pack set up for my 80 year old mother. She explained the process thoroughly, showed a sample of the product and will deliver for FREE! I am at peace knowing my mom will be taken care of so well in regards to simplifying her medication processes! Thank -you Jayme & GuidePoint Pharmacy!

My son and daughter-in-law received their COVID-19 vaccines at this pharmacy. They had a wonderful experience, easy to schedule, friendly and very efficient, could not say enough good things about this pharmacy and its vaccine program. The best. The very best.

I got my first COVID injection at our local Guidepoint Pharmacy on March 10, and on that day I was told my second injection would be on the 31st, and that they would call me to tell me what time. Today is the 30th, and no one has called. So I called THEM and was told they were booked up and that I couldn't get my second injection! Unbelievable! I had to get nasty with them and I INSISTED they fit me in tomorrow. What a second-rate outfit. I hope the vaccines are genuine.

In response to the negative review posted 3/30 or 3/31/21 referring to Guidepoint pharmacy as a 'second-rate outfit' I would strongly disagree. Guidepoint take unprecedented excellent care of their patients. They have played an important role in leading and educating our community about COVID-19, which includes meeting the gigantic needs of mass vaccination during this pandemic. If anybody should be extended grace for a simple scheduling oversight, it should be this dedicated pharmacy and staff.Thank you Guidepoint for being a part of my care team, you have helped me so much! I don't think I am alone in my strong appreciation for what you do.

I want to acknowledge COVID and the stress it is putting on all of us. I have worked hard to grant both myself and others grace in these changing and uncertain times. However, the way I was treated during a phone call with one of the pharmacists was uncalled for and very unprofessional. It certainly tainted my image of GuidePoint Pharmacy. I can only hope it was an anomaly and that the pharmacist recognizes her need to heal, get healthy, recoup (or whatever it is she needs) so she can continue to do the good work I believe she wants and was called to do in her profession.

I had to get a bit nasty with them, and I INSISTED they make this right. They reluctantly squeezed me in tomorrow. What a second-rate outfit. I just hope the vaccines are genuine.

I go to this location as well as the location in Nisswa because the staff is so helpful and caring. They are great at communicating with their customers as well as the physicians. Any time I have had an issue or concern with getting a prescription filled, they are very diligent in making sure my needs are met. The level of care that I receive from the pharmacists is unrivaled with any pharmacy I have used in the past.
