  Every time I come here a man on a bike with no laundry comes I'm and smokes a cigarette in the bathroom and stinks the whole place up. This isn't managments fault, but I feel they should know. There never seems to be anyone there to complain to.

  All the machines work except none of your electrical outlets work.
