I’ve used First Impressions Printing many times now, and have always been so happy with their work! Brenda goes above and beyond and has helped me so many times when I’m crunched on time. She is always so friendly and even more helpful than she needs to be. She’s helped me make business cards, clothing tags, gift certificates, print family photos etc. Highly highly recommend! Love having this service in the BLA, we will always be back!

I LOVE these people! I've worked with Brenda a lot. She's so friendly, always willing to help me figure out what the best solutions are for what I'm trying to do. I own a small business in the area and I don't know how I would run it without First Impression Print & Design! They're amazing, and the majority of the time they can do same day turn around! Love, Love, Love working with them. I highly recommend!

We decided to switch to this company for embroidery to help another small business in Brainerd. They were very kind (as the owner came into our business to give us his business card and information). We brought in shirts to be embroidered and were given back shirts with holes, rips, and extremely crooked embroidery. They gave us the option of them buying us new shirts, we gave them that opportunity. Then they wanted us to sign a waiver so they wouldn’t be liable for bad workmanship. Had I have signed it the first time, yes I would be out of shirts. But they wanted it signed the second time around with no guarantee of quality control or fine workmanship.

I would not suggest using First Impressions for printing as what they did was Print on the front and backside of 184 T-shirts and Hoodies and the Print was Crooked on both the front and back side of 90% of my order. Their QUALITY control is obviously not there and since we supplied the T-Shirts and Hoodies they will not stand behind their workmanship since they did not supply the garments. I feel they are wrong by doing this and would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone looking to have advertising on clothing as they do not stand behind their workmanship. I have 184 garments that I am pretty embarrassed to give to my customers with a crooked advertising. I will go somewhere else and suggest that anyone looking into using them to go elsewhere as well before you get POOR SERVICE and RIPPED OFF. . . . Poor Quality never the less , middle man or not ! ! ! And it was not 100% refunded , there were 2 orders the first order there was no refund what so ever . And to be honest it doesn't matter if there was a middle man or not , the quality of installing a print onto clothing and being straight instead of crooked without admitting fault is just plain poor business ethics .

I hardly ever leave reviews but I really wanted to showcase my experience with not only first impressions, but specifically, Serena. She has gone above and beyond to create my vision and do it with a quick turn around since I was in a rush. We had so many compliments to the point where we are already on our second order.
