Very happy with our recent Hyundai Santa Cruz buying experience at this dealership. We were especially pleased with James Biahut as our sales person. He earned our trust right from the start and was with us every step of the way through the purchase / delivery experience. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with him as we deal with routine services, etc. Would highly recommend this dealership and especially James.

Bought a new 2020 Malibu Premier in this wonderful dealership! Taylor Barg is an excellent sales consultant and she explained every single feature just like she had so much passion to help me go through everything! It was a huge pleasure to work with Corey the finance manager for the smooth transition from my old Malibu to the new Malibu! Thank you Dondelinger for the wonderful people you have!

I brought my 2017 Silverado in for an oil change. Fast super friendly staff. My engine was left clean, no oil spills like the quick lube guys. No upsell for air cleaners etc. Just a great Oil change at a better price than the jiffy lube type shops. I trust this dealership for my service and will use them in the future. They also did a factory recall for me a few years back and the service was great. Waiting area was nice but I only sat there for about 20 minutes!!!

Bought my car here.. not very competitive! Not very personable! Somewhat friendly staff! It definitely feels like they are in it for the money and not so much the service! They had what I wanted so I bought it there! Definitely could have saved at least $3000-$4000 going some where else! But hey! They have lifetime power train warranty! You just have to pay a $500 deductible! Most definitely is worked into the higher price if the car! Definitely isn't a free thing they offer! It's a mandatory up charge, basically!! I probably wouldn't go back to buy another car! Just wasn't my favorite car buying experience by any means! I wouldn't say they are horrible though! Just not the greatest! That's for sure!

This is one of the nicest, honest and professional dealerships (mechanics) I have ever been to. I just moved back home after being in colorado for over 20 years. I've had my share of mechanic and dealership experiences, unfortunately not many were positive. I made the appointment with Brent in Service and throughout the process he treated me with respect and professionalism explaining everything along the way. I drive away feeling good that my car was repaired correctly and I paid fairly. The bonus was a I also had a clean car! If you get the chance to give Dondelinger's a chance you won't regret you did.

Went into the store today to check out used vehicles to get an idea of what to expect at certain price points and how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are and the receptionist was very nice happy and friendly while the guy that came to help me look for a vehicle just him walking in the door I could tell he wasn't in a good mood he didn't give me much of a time of day in useful information on the several vehicles I was eyeing just because I wasn't quite ready to buy I was asking several questions like how good was the vehicle and he would say it's a good car to everything when I go to ace auto or motors n more they will tell you what's wrong or if it's a good car and why or why not I will never come to this dealership again worst customer interaction I've ever had when looking to buy
