I was prescribed a nebulizer. Not much explanation to go with it. I trusted they knew what the prescription was telling them. I was told Medicare was paying a portion and then I paid the remainder with a credit card. During the year, we kept getting a small bill. We paid, but kept getting that bill. I went into the location to find out for sure what was wrong, and was told Medicare rented it for me, and that small bill was my last portion of rental payment. I asked if I should bring it back in and was told no, it's yours. I was told it was rented and then it was mine? I asked again, and got the same explanation, which did not clear up the explanation in my mind. Will not go back.

This place doesn't deserve a rating.. Incompetent staff. Can't get things right. Don't do follow-ups. Bills your insurance for wrong products delivered. It just sucks.

My husband had an awful experience at Brainerd Medical Supply. He needed a mask for his C-PAP machine. They didn't measure him, just told him what he needed. When that didn't work, he returned for a new mask. He was asked what he wanted ~ although this is all new to him and no one seemed interested in walking through the steps to find the best mask. They were dismissive and rude. During one phone call, a BMS *sighed* when my husband asked a question.My husband decided to switch to Northland Medical Supply (wonderful). When BMS called to find out the reason for the switch, my husband tried to explain and the women *interrupted him and made excuses*. We were very unhappy with the service received.

Totally inept with terrible service. No records of previous orders or payments. If you need cpap supplies you're much better off going somewhere else. Crappy service and attitudes.

I will definitely never work with these people again.They ordered me a knee brace about 5 days ago and I hadn't been feeling good(very sore throat, speaking hurts) so I waited until today to call, thinking it was no big deal since I got the voicemail saying it was ordered 5 days ago, not arrived, ordered.( Over the weekend, mind you)I explained why I was calling and they sent me to someone else (Sandy I believe) and I explain to her that I was calling for a knee brace, before she even knew who I was she exclaims " You have GOT to be kidding me! You never called and I sent it back, what is your name?"I tell her and she asks me if I still need it, continues to be snarky. I had to hang up because I couldn't believe the level of unprofessionalism. I thought the place was a mess when I went in to bring my order, but I figured they were just a busy place, but now I will just stay clear.

My son needed and Billie blanket when he was born for at home I got one from this place and 2 years later after having insurance through the state and county assistance the claimed they couldn’t find my insurance and put money into my collections without communicating with me at all and I know for a fact I had insurance 2 year later I’m struggling at getting a first time home owner loan all because they didn’t run my insurance or communicate with me! I don’t recommend

Great customer service when I needed to rent a knee scooter. Extensive amount of stuff for just about everything in the store. Would definitely go again if in need of any medical supplies or equipment.

They don't care about the needs of the clients. Just the money. they are unprofessional. I felt that I didn't matter. I also felt I was a second class citizen. In also lie to coverup their mistakes. I will not ever do business with them again infact I might go to the better business bureau.

Very small organization. Extremely poor billing department. Had to file a Medicare Complaint. Extremely uninformed personnel working there. If there was an icon for negative stars, they would have earned it.

First time going there to get something for my son. Tiffany was who I worked with and she was very nice, polite and could have a conversation with you while we waited patiently on the phone with insurance. Had a very brief encounter with Lisa too, she seemed to be very sweet. Thanks BMS.

I have NEVER done business with any company as disorganized as Brainerd Medical. Every time I call I hear "who did you speak with?" IT SHOULDN'T MATTER! Look up my account and you should be able to tell me if the equipment has been ordered. I have been told every 2 weeks since AUGUST (now November) that the equipment has been ordered. Not until I called to have my account transferred to North Central supply company ..then my order showed up!? I have used this company for 2 years and it has always been a headache. I AM DONE!P.S. It's 2022 get an updated computer system
