We had a terrible experience at a local Ford repair shop, Advanced arranged a tow to their shop, ordered replacement parts, and had vehicle repaired within days. Extremely helpful-took time to talk though a problem going on with my husbands RAM on the phone. They went above and beyond to help us out!
