We had a terrible experience at a local Ford repair shop, Advanced arranged a tow to their shop, ordered replacement parts, and had vehicle repaired within days. Chris is awesome, very professional, very sensitive to costs and worked with us on getting the car repaired at 1000's less that the Ford dealer. These folks...
