Chicken that smells and tastes the way it used too... Remember the way chicken would smell before the 90's? It had a clean "chicken" smell to it when cut up and cooked. You had a light flavor that was delightful...Most chickens today have a wet chicken stink, and smell a bit like chicken offal... taste heavy and kind of slimy.Not Yellow Hutch. All I can really say is it is that clean chicken I remember. And it comes through in the cooking and flavor.
