You absolutely are full of crap. I tracked my package. It reached you sat morning. You just didn't deliver. I guess a customer isn't worh your time to deliver onetime. No wonder your failing.

Some of the people could use a better personality in working with public other than the mail service is very good.

Don't call them, the automated system is the worst. Rather then getting frustrated for 39 minutes. Just drive there.
