I bought my dress and veil from Bridal Emporium about a year ago and it was the most perfect dress for a Montana mountain wedding!! Sarah was so wonderful to work with! She suggested gorgeous dresses within my budget. I got my veil here too! I really enjoyed shopping here! I never felt pressured to buy like some bridal shops in the cities. I’m so glad I found the perfect dress from a family owned shop in Braham!

I booked an appointment last night and received several text messages saying the appointment had been accepted. I came at the time I made the appointment for, and no one showed up. The place was closed, no lights on. We waited for twenty minutes and no one came.

I recently bought my dress here for my September 2023 wedding! I love the variety of dresses that they had! The prices are good! Definitely loved the lady who helped me out. She helped me so much in picking out the right one. She put me in other dresses that weren’t exactly what I would go for. To make sure it was the right one for my wedding day!

The woman we worked with SEEMED very nice and while we were there all was good. But once we left they never responded to any phone calls, voice mails, or emails.We ordered and paid for our dresses in Feb 2021 with the understanding that covid would delay them until June. June came and no word.. July came and I called to see about an ETA, left a polite VM with no response. I left several voice mails and emailed them with never ONE response! IF they ever responded it was only with the bride and even then communication was sparse.So then we finally get our dresses yesterday, 6 months later and 3 are the wrong color and one is the right color but 10 sizes too small. Then they have audacity to tell us that we told them the wrong color!So here we are 30 days out from the wedding, stressed out and trying to figure out what in the world to do and they are again not responding or trying to help in any way ?I have literally never experienced such amazingly awful customer service in my life!

Run! Where do I begin? My fiancee's bridesmaids ordered dresses in February 2021 and they just now got them 6 months later. Through the six months my fiance and one of the bridesmaid tried checking in. No response to the bridesmaid and very and I mean very little response back to the bride. 3 dresses are completely the wrong color and the 4th dress is the right color but 10 sizes off. Now we are sitting here with the wrong dresses 30 days before the wedding and the only response back they have gotten was that the bridal party ordered that color and the fourth dress is actually someone else's. Yet the fourth one just happens to be the right color. They are not offering any solutions or even communicating with the girls. Worst experience and customer service ever! Do not recommend!

This was the absolute worst experience, not only did we order our dresses 6 MONTHS before they finally came, the owner/employees were impossible to get in contact with. Not only were the dresses SUPER LATE, the only thing they would respond with was “due to covid” which is absolutely ridiculous, since when the dresses FINALLY came they all (4) were either the wrong color and/or size… please please go somewhere else if you want a stress free dress buying experience!!!
